Our small town only has 3 fast food restaurants and Hardee’s is one of them. After paying $43 for some chicken, biscuits and two sides I’m highly disappointed. When I got my food home, I bit into a biscuit and it was completely raw inside (nothing but dough). The green beans were black because they were burnt and the gravy was lumpy. If you’re going to charge over $40 for some basic fast food, the least you can do is ensure that it was prepared properly. If this restaurant continues with this type of service, I won’t be spending my money there.

Listen I get it’s busy on saturdays but I placed a mobile order and was waiting for over 45 minutes. I tried super hard to be patient, but orders kept getting messed up, and the staff would then have to remake that order pushing my pick up farther and farther back. At one point I waited in the drive through but after 15 minutes of literally not a single car moving I went inside just to wait another 30. I would’ve been in and out faster at a sit down restaurant.
All the food was incorrect when I finally got it, missing hash browns, missing toppings on sandwiches, the wrong cinnamon rolls. Like it’s actually crazy how poor of an experience it was.

Spent $34 plus there for food for my parents, niece and brother. The food was overcooked and dry. The order was also wrong. I called back to complain and they told me to come back to have it replaced. I wasted my time and more money driving back only to find out they had a bunch of excuses for why I could not possibly be right. Funny thing is I never write bad reviews, but since this is a small town where people have few options for takeout, I thought they should be held accountable for such poor products and service. Garbage.

Came here to visit friends and we hit this place up for breakfast I had the sausage and gravy biscuit it was good the biscuit was soft and the gravy was nice and thick not bad for first impressions

Hardees in Hemingway sc is getting worst and worst . When you go through drive through they get you to pay then send you up to sit in a parking place and it's 30/35 mins before they bring you your food . Then look in the bag it's not the right order. Went inside to get my right order and the place is so dirty . 4 people working in there ! I get my order and the food was cold . I use to go there every morning to get a sausage biscuit and still would have to wait . The corp.office needs to do something about this or close the doors on the place .

Do not come here if you’re in a rush or just want good decent customer service. It takes 25 mins to get your food every single time. They need to do better. Idk how they’re still open. This is the only place in Hemingway that does this. Need new management or something cus theres no way it takes 5 business days to get food.
