Hardees in Hemingway sc is getting worst and worst . When you go through drive through they get you to pay then send you up to sit in a parking place and it's 30/35 mins before they bring you your food . Then look in the bag it's not the right order. Went inside to get my right order and the place is so dirty . 4 people working in there ! I get my order and the food was cold . I use to go there every morning to get a sausage biscuit and still would have to wait . The corp.office needs to do something about this or close the doors on the place .

Do not come here if you’re in a rush or just want good decent customer service. It takes 25 mins to get your food every single time. They need to do better. Idk how they’re still open. This is the only place in Hemingway that does this. Need new management or something cus theres no way it takes 5 business days to get food.

My Frisco burger was cooked the order no butter toasted twice on both sides. Only only toasted one bread, one side the other bread wasn’t even toastedsmh
If i could gives this a negative rating i definitely would . As a former employee, I would not recommend you to work there or eat there . The mangers are so mean ! And very disrespectful. Also the food takes wayyy too long to be made. Everything is chaotic all times of the day.

I must say, the ladies were very nice, helpful and polite. It took almost 15 minutes to get hot ham and cheese combo from drive thru... The sandwich was soaked in melted burning hot cheese.. Milkshake and tea was good...

Restaurant was empty, we went through the drive through and ordered two 5.99 bags and 2 double cheeseburgers. Very standard meals. We're told they were out of coke zero (seriously?) and had to choose another drink. They took our payment and asked us to pull forward. Then 20 MINUTES LATER they brought out the 2 bags and said they were starting to cook the other burgers. They finally came out another 5-10 minutes later.
Again, there was NOBODY there when we got there. Guy behind us got some nuggets and they also took 20 minutes. I just don't understand.

Imma just say one of few Hardee's you can enjoy crispy seasoned chicken!!! We're not talking just tenders, but wings, thighs, breasts and legs. I'm a crunch fan, so if you got soft teeth or sensitive gums not for you. For the others of us, that enjoy their chicken skin having the same crunchy skin after reheating, find you a Hardee's that serve fried chicken..... Good luck though!!!!

Food is barely edible, service is nonexistent, one worker referred to me and my significant other as those people, homeless guy was allowed to come in and be belligerent without anything happening to him and there's dead flies on the window edge where you eat at a table.
