Though the Patriarch and the Matriarch are deceased, and Rodney has delved into other ventures...his Uncle has done an excellent job in keeping the Scotts Barbecue legacy alive and flourishing.

I’ve been a patron of Scott’s for around 15 years. I was just there a couple of days ago, and the entire experience was on point. It was extra special because I was introducing several friends to the cue here. First time visitors are frequently surprised about the cash only policy. The cue was perfectly cooked, moist, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Of course, the service and friendliness of everybody, patrons and employees, was fantastic.
