If you ever walk in and a man with a thin beard is working leave. He is the most ignorant person I have ever dealt with at this location. The women here are wonderful all of them are friendly and welcoming. This guy is just lazy and hates everything about what he is doing. Management/leadership needs to really address this issue. No one in store and a simple sandwich and it takes 28 minutes. Time to find better help and workers.

I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone would wait on me. It took them 20 to make 2 sandwiches (& there was 2 people working on them) & I was the only customer in the place. Poor service & customer service was awful

Stopped in to get a sandwich. Not busy, 3 people in front of me. Blows my mind how the people working don't even say hello. How hard is it to say hello sir, we'll be with you in just a minute. The service was slow, I didn't have 15-20 minutes so I left.As a consumer, any establishment that can't even be bothered to acknowledge a customer, clearly isn't interested in their business.Best of luck, I certainly wont be back.

Very poorly ran establishment. When I walked in, one employee was sitting at a table while other one was messing with the bread. I was only patron in there. Neither employee spoke or acknowledged me at all. I waited several minutes for employee to finish doing whatever she was doing with bread. She finally came to order area and asked what I wanted. Music was so loud I could barely hear her. Drink machine pours water out on you when making your drink and it's been like this for over a year. They don't give you any napkins nor are there any sitting out for you to get yourself. Definitely the worst Subway we've ever been to and it's the same kind of experience every time we go.
