I do not recommend this Hardee’s, and that’s coming from someone who has given this location chance after chance after chance.
More often than not, you either get only part of your order, or the full order arrives incorrect, cold, or sloppily made. What makes it worse is that when they mess up, they give you a hard time about getting it corrected. If you’re in a rush and don't notice the issue until after you leave, good luck—they rarely answer the phone, and if they do, you're met with “sorry, we can’t issue refunds.”
Lately, they don’t even pick up the phone at all, which says a lot.
As someone who used to eat here multiple times a week, I’m done. I’ve probably lost hundreds of dollars over the years on food I never received or couldn’t eat, and it’s only gotten worse. You pay for a large meal and get the wrong items, no fries, or cold food. When you try to let them know, their response is basically, “Oops, not our problem.”
At this point, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

Will never go here again. Ordered a meal that was half cold and ordered a hot chicken sandwich and they forgot it. Told them about it and had an attitude and when I did get it, it wasn't made right and was raw. Got so mad didn't want to go back in. I will sue if I get sick.

Worst dinner I have ever paid for. Purchased two hot ham and cheese combos and they gave me burgers instead. Asked for a chicken sandwich combo and they gave me a hamburger bun with a chicken nugget on it. The chicken ranch wrap was literally a tortilla with a single chicken nugget doused with a river of ranch. My French fries were cold and smooshed flat inside of the bag. A complete waste of my money and time.
Had to wait for my order to be taken at the drive thru window over 5 minutes. After finally being able to order my food, I’m told to pull around to the front door. I wait 15 minutes outside and then finally go in. Courtney was extremely rude(as were all the other employees except one), talking rudely about customers. She got mad that I was asking what was taking so long and asked if I wanted my food hot or cold. I stated I wanted the food I paid for. As I was walking out, Courtney (who also claims to be the manager) made the comment “You lucky I need this job or I would snatch you up.” To top it all off, my order was missing over half the food. As long as that’s the service provided, we will not be returning. I would also like to add that her being rude and unprofessional isn’t a new thing. The only new part is her threatening to put her hands on me.

Never thought I would be scared of Hardee's. We are there at 4:11pm today and the lobby and drive thru soda machine were out of syrup. The staff had no clue how to add the syrup and continued to serve drinks with no syrup to the drive thru customers after we complained. The bathrooms could have belonged to a run down gas station they were so bad (although it did include a dead cockroach in the middle of floor on its back for entertainment I guess?). The girl there had no idea how to ring customers up or get an order correct. Holly Hill Hardee's has a lot to improve on if they want anyone to stop there more than once.

One of the most rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with.. she was rude when she took my order then was rude when I got to the window she quietly told me my total then took my card slammed the window gave me my card back told me to pull around then slammed it again…. The manager really needs to have a good talk with the employees because customer service is the most important part
