When ordering the are rude rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. After everything you order the very gruffly ask… anything else you want. It makes you feel like you are ordering too much food!!!! When you pull up to pay, they look at you like they want to kill you for making them do their job!!!! Never going there again

The restaurant was clean. My server's name was Courtney she was very kind and professional. The bathrooms were clean. I would eat at this restaurant again went in the area. The manager Whitley also was present and ran a great team.

The Hey make most of there food as u order it at the counter or drive thru. So u just know there is a ten min wait most of the time for lunch and evening
The whole staff is amazing. They are very diligent, thorough, they are friendly and very detailed with the orders. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues to make the customer happy. They definitely provide service with a smile.

I do not recommend this Hardee’s, and that’s coming from someone who has given this location chance after chance after chance.
More often than not, you either get only part of your order, or the full order arrives incorrect, cold, or sloppily made. What makes it worse is that when they mess up, they give you a hard time about getting it corrected. If you’re in a rush and don't notice the issue until after you leave, good luck—they rarely answer the phone, and if they do, you're met with “sorry, we can’t issue refunds.”
Lately, they don’t even pick up the phone at all, which says a lot.
As someone who used to eat here multiple times a week, I’m done. I’ve probably lost hundreds of dollars over the years on food I never received or couldn’t eat, and it’s only gotten worse. You pay for a large meal and get the wrong items, no fries, or cold food. When you try to let them know, their response is basically, “Oops, not our problem.”
At this point, they’ve lost a loyal customer.
