Been out of flatbread since late August. I tried to call to see if they finally have it back in stock before I do my online order. Someone answered and hung up in my face. Certain bread don’t sit right with my tummy and flatbread helps keep my severe nausea to a minimum. If you’re the owner reading this, PLEASE order flatbread and ensure that the veggies and meat used in the store are fresh. Some workers see stuff look bad and will slick still sneak it on others food and when it comes to the 6 cookies they have cookie boxes but will attempt to stuff all 6 cookies in 1 bag. Salads don’t be tasting as fresh and good as St. George Subway! Please fix the minor issues. One last thing, how every subway offer breakfast sandwiches except this establishment, real inconvenience. I have to drive to a whole different city for good quality food, y’all have potential of selling. Please do better at this location. #NeedMoreFlatbread&BreakfastPlease🥹❤️💐

This subway is the best one I've been to by far. They're clean, nice, and they're good at remembering who you are and what you want too 💖 the employees are on point about loading your sandwich up just right, and toast it as much as you want!

Went there after a job site, great food and people but they were remodeling and no where to sit which isnt their fault, pretty average serving speed and just a quick easy place for food.

The girl that made the sandwich was nice enough but appeared sick. She was wiping her nose and then immediately put gloves on to make my sandwich. Sandwich did not taste fresh, and they were out of all fountain drinks. Usually subway is pretty consistent but this one was not as it should be.

On August 23, 2025, a large commercial fire occurred outside Holly Hill, SC. Fire departments from multiple counties responded and were on scene all day. When it became apparent that the response would continue through the night, the American Red Cross was contacted to provide water, snacks, and dinner for approximately 40-50 firefighters. I contacted the Holly Hill Subway store 17288 at approximately 7:30pm to inquire whether they could possibly make sandwiches for 60 people right away. There was only one employee at the time, a young gentleman named Dhruv. He said he could make that happen. When I arrived at the store a few minutes later, he had already laid out the bread and made a plan. He assembled 30 footlong sandwiches in about an hour, with no advance notice. When other customers came into the store, he efficiently worked their orders in to his system. He was organized, detail oriented, and friendly. I want to thank Dhruv for helping us out so much last night. The firefighters were grateful to have fresh sandwiches and the Red Cross is always appreciative of our local partners that make it possible for us to serve in our community.

I ordered a six inch tuna sub and was given just one scoop of tuna. Please watch the person who is preparing your sandwich. I had no idea that someone who represent Subway would do.

Zami one of the servers here is VERY rude and disrespectful. She has no respect for her job or customer who came to spend money here. I take it that the company is under new management but that young lady lacks all level of professionalism. She should NOT be working if she doesn’t like her job. I’ve tried so hard to maintain a common level of ethical standards but employees like her don’t deserve to be in customer service.

I was not greeted at all. I ordered a salad and received a dirty look when I asked the lady to please cut my cucumbers instead of them being on the salad whole. She then proceeded to cut my cucumbers with a dirty, mayonnaise covered knife. My daughter ordered a tuna sub and received a dirty look when she asked her to add bacon. The question was always "Is that it?" instead of "What else you would like?" After paying, she pushed my items to the edge of the counter unbagged and turned her back. I had to ask for salad dressing and crackers for the salad. Very disappointed in today's experience. Will not be returning!
