I miss Hollywood Pizza, this new place in the same location's pizza isn't even a quarter as good. I'd rather just make my own pizza at home.

I absolutely love the skills represented is the unbelievable taste and texture of everything this place offers. That being said. I’m more of a protein guy and less carbohydrates. So I know where to get the absolutely best carbs when I indulge. However when I buy a calzone I do expect more than 1 teaspoon of ingredients in the loaf of great tasting bread. C’mon man. 1 teaspoon?

We had the Brooklyn pizza tonight and it was incredible. The crust was spot on—perfectly crisp yet chewy, the sauce had amazing flavor, and the toppings were fresh and balanced. Honestly one of the best pizzas we’ve had. Service was just as impressive—fast, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this restaurant. The pizza is amazing and the coffee is hands down some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I frequent this establishment often and the employees are always kind and friendly.
However, due to a somewhat new employee I’ve had to wait an exceedingly long time for a simple iced coffee order several times now, not because it’s busy but because this employee does not prioritize the orders over new ones being placed. She will take an order start the espresso and instead of finishing that order she stops to take others orders. The problem with this is that she then gets distracted by the new orders being placed, and prioritizes there’s over mine. She then completely forgets mine. The first time she said she’d misplaced my ticket and another time she said she was getting it after I finally spoke up when I saw her checking her phone while waiting on someone else’s pizza order. I believe if she would just finish one task at a time, politely ask those waiting to place an order that she will be with them in a moment, she could better manage orders in the order they were placed.
I don’t wish to be rude to people doing their best but I believe this employee could use some corrective guidance so that she can better manage orders. Again, I absolutely love this place but I’ve been avoiding it because I know I don’t have 20 or 30 mins to wait on a coffee order that should take less than 5 mins.

Disappointed in their service and food options. I ordered a bagel and they didn’t even cut it before giving it to me. My friend ordered a pizza and found a hair on it. Majority of the food isn’t served after 3pm either. Good food but unfortunately not a lot of options and not the best service.
