A hidden gem in Honea Path. Nice clean restaurant, friendly service, great food. The best onion rings around. Fried chicken sandwich and hamburger were delicious. Will definitely be back.

Rude person at pickup window . I asked for a slaw dog with chili ONLY, and they put a weiner on it still. That's the easiest order you can't get wrong, especially when u were asked twice to be sure, and the bun was like rubber it was chewy. Also ordered a bird dog came without honey mustard. It was our first experience ordering from there, and they got our order wrong, and then the girl at the window was absolutely the rudest person I've ever met this far in honea path! Won't eat there ever again ! For sure !! Customer service has gone to Hell everywhere. Even when you're polite to someone and they still treat you like you're nothing well, it ruins your experience and males you not want to go back to a place. Especially when you're new in town. There aren't that many places to choose from here compared to where we moved from, and I think I'll just cook at home before I ever order from Amanda's Diner again. Whoever was working the window on the day I came absolutely does not need a job working with the public with the attitude she gave us, and we never once were rude to her at all. Sorry for such a terrible review! I know this is a small town, and everyone knows everyone, but if you all had went anywhere for the first time in a new town and they had a simple order wrong, it tasted awful and the pickup window person was as rude as can be then you'd be complaining too. So sorry for this awful review but it was our experience and the first one at that

I called in waited about 20mins. I got the Monday special, Country fried steak with sides $11. The food was good. I got the strawberry cobbler as one of my sides and it was the most delicious dessert I've ever tried in my life. I will definitely be coming back. The service was awesome. The lady at the cash register was very nice and patient. Their kitchen is open to view and it is very clean. They also have a dine in area and outside eating area. 10/10 would stop and eat here again.

Nastiest food I’ve ever had!! We will never eat here again!! I got the Hamburger Steak and they was out of sides. So I had to get fries. I couldn’t even eat it cause it tasted disgusting!! Then the cook tried to tell our waitress onion’s didn’t come on it when it was clearly written on the menu board!!! We started to get up and leave. Nasty food & rude service. Lou & Perry’s is definitely Better!! And you get more food.

Amanda's Diner is amazing! Some of my favorites are their porkchop, buffalo chicken, grilled chicken nachos on every Tuesday and taco salads. Amanda works so hard to keep prices down with the rising cost of food. I wish all the success in the world.. <3

This is a local diner with a decent variety of foods (which are cooked well). They're friendly and accommodating to customers. A good choice for those looking for a more personable experience at a good price.
The place on the other side of the parking lot was closed so we ate here. It was 33% more expensive and the quality was not there at all. Portions were very small as well. Don't waste your time this isn't the dive your looking for.

It was pretty good. I had a burger and fries. The burger meat doesn’t taste like fresh ground beef. Fries was good. A little expensive for what you get. $9 for a burger and fries. They have tables indoors and outdoors. They ice cream.
