Just got kicked out of BK in Honea Path. Because after I order and waiting 5 minutes. I was told I had to go thru the drive thru line. Which I said no and manager April gave me money. The lady at counter was crying because Manager April didn't locked the doors early and she can't handle her job. ?? sorry people call out all the time. Time to put your big girl pants stop crying and work. But I guess it's kinda hard when the Manager April leaves and doesn't care about the customer why should her workers

Customer service sucks quality mannerism everything about it. Each time I stop here the wait time is terrible at least thirty minutes. They ate always out of menu items or certain sauces. My order is always wrong. Please do better or teach your team the meaning or fast food and customer service.

Drive thru- you do not have to interrupt every customer. Let them finish their sentence.Food was just okay.
Vegetarian options: If you dont want meat , they can fix you up without it

We ordered 2 whopper Jr specials and they left 2 out they were suppose to be Different but they did it their way. I was trying to explain to manager but she chose to talk over me and do it incorrectly again. We just gave up. Never again

DHAC CAME IN ON 03/23/2024 AND DID INSPECTION. THIS BK FAILED INSPECTION SO BAD THAT DHAC CLOSED THIS BK DOWN. I CAN NOT HELP TO THINK HOW MANY TIMES THIS BK HAS FELLED INSPECTIONS BEFOR THEIR DOORS WAS SHUT DOWN. I WILL NOW BE GOING TO HARDEE'S RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD TO GET MY LUNCH AND SUPPER.I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS BK
