We ordered 2 whopper Jr specials and they left 2 out they were suppose to be Different but they did it their way. I was trying to explain to manager but she chose to talk over me and do it incorrectly again. We just gave up. Never again

DHAC CAME IN ON 03/23/2024 AND DID INSPECTION. THIS BK FAILED INSPECTION SO BAD THAT DHAC CLOSED THIS BK DOWN. I CAN NOT HELP TO THINK HOW MANY TIMES THIS BK HAS FELLED INSPECTIONS BEFOR THEIR DOORS WAS SHUT DOWN. Manager and employees talking about new scheduling and being aware of me handling the money and making me wait for a few minutes with out any greetings or apologies.
This place is absolutely the worst I ever been too, if it would let me I would give this location 0 stars, waited for my food like 15 minutes and they still got it wrong,the place was dirty flies all over the place food was cold worker stuck his head into the French fries basket with his hair flying all over the place, needless to say I asked for my money back,won't be coming back to this place.Workers should be discreet with telling everyone they going to the bathroom in front of costumers.

ALWAYS getting the wrong food order AT NIGHT!! Breakfast crew does he job right but never has biscuits. But lunch and dinner crew don't know what they are doing. The drive thru will be wrapped around the building, they're always out of something, and always missing something or getting something wrong in your order. Not to mention they are so rude!! I've called cooperate multiple times and nothing has been done.
