Ok so I can see I am not the only person to leave a poor review for incorrect hours being posted on your drive through. You are posted to open at 0500 AM online, on you drive through window, on your door. However it seems that not the case, even though you have employees in the store. Numerous people drove up one guy even said you guys took an online order. Your employee is didn't even budge to attempt to tell people you weren't open. I had to hit no the horn the get her attention and let's just say the employees response including cursing at me. Unbelievable way to run a business. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and your employees need to learn what posted business hours mean.

Tonight, I could barely hear the actual employee’s voice on the drive-thru speaker. The first was a loud recording. The fries were crispy like potato chips and like they had sat out for hours and then were recooked. Nasty, nasty, nasty! I called the number to report them. Got a quick recording that hangs up on you. Do better, Hardee’s.

No one in line but me with my fiance, tried to talk to the person on the intercom, could barely get a response. Wasn't very friendly to begin with. Get to the window, I try to be nice saying how are you and what not. No response. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting on two sandwiches, small fries and two shakes. Sandwiches were sloppily thrown together, condiments on the outside of the bread. Not even warm. Not to mention the shakes werent even mixed. You could clearly see the syrup at the bottom and the ice cream scoop on top of it with melted whipped cream dripping down the side of the lid...but at least the fries were warm I guess...
