They are constantly running out of stuff. Like every time I go. They’re either too lazy to make more or don’t order enough supplies. It’s getting ridiculous. If you are constantly running out of supplies in such a small town perhaps it just shouldn’t be open or a new manager or owner is needed.

Harleys is my go to when I want fast food breakfast. Steak biscuits are amazing.I like to put gravy and cheese on them!! It was super fresh and made to order. Also was a very friendly staff
Very poor customer service. Window Clerk was disrespectful and disgustingly rude! We informed them of an order that was made incorrectly and was able to retrieve our receipt as well. We visited this location 2 days prior; we are not from the city.
It was a short black guy, that had grooming errors. He told me, “I understand you came two days ago, but I still want the burger from two days ago.” Sir. The burger was made incorrectly, and allergies are real. The burger is in the trash. Told me there was nothing he could do and proceeded to walk off while aggressively shutting the drive through window.
The day of the initial order:: While my tenders were actually fresh, and service was exceptional by a mixed lady with piercings, my burger was made incorrectly.
I guess they wanted to serve that particular burger from two days ago to another customer.
Poor Jessica. White lady - “manager in training” . She helplessly walked off as if our concern wasn’t a bit of her problem.

I came through the drive thru tonight and the lady who was running the window i ask could I get 6 chicken tenders and she said “No you can get 3 or 5 “ and I asked how much were they and she said “I don’t know ! Just pull around “ when I pulled up to the window I couldn’t find my money so I got out looking for my money. I realized it was in my bra so I tried to hand it to her amd she said “ Did you just pull that out of your tittie?” I said yes and she said “I’m not taking that!” And I said I’m sure you’ve taken worse amd she shut the window in my face! That has got to be the most hateful woman I have ever encountered!!!! I will never come back to this place ever again! I have never been so humiliated in my life!!!

placed an order on the app, got there to pick it up only to be told they were out of what I ordered, I asked for the order to be canceled and was told they couldn't do that. So I'm out over $15 and got nothing for it, this is completely unacceptable!!!!!

Staff was at table eating and wasn't able to take my oder because the manager was not there yet.the Staff is able to order but the customer not able to. I hope this get corrected thanks

I came back inside to try this restaurant again, I ordered my food and the same woman who was working at the drive thru before on July. Saw me and started making comments about me with the staff. Just because I wanted a sandwich without cheese that day she wouldn’t make it for me, because I was running her time in drive thru . But when I ordered on the speaker I clearly said no cheese, turns out to have cheese when I pulled to the window. This place is no longer customer service customer service friendly. I won’t visit this restaurant again, rather go extra miles to a different Hardee’s restaurant

So I started going through the drive thru and they gave me the complete opposite what I ordered and refuse to remake the order. I’m fed up this place needs to shut down or re staff. Waste of money and food.

Though the lady was nice, i asked for a normal chicken sandwich with pickles. I was deliberately given a BLT when im allergic to bacon & Tomatoes. Too far up the road to turn around.. won't be returning.

I have come here on multiple occasions throughout the day and the store is locked and employees are inside, visible, sitting at tables on their phones. There have been incidents in which I ordered items through the app available on the menu and have been reprimanded for doing so, saying that it was too early, even though only menu items available for breakfast will appear. There have been many incidents of refusal to just make items as well. I used to worked food and beverage and I get it’s difficult at times, and I always try to make sure I’m kind and patient with the employees, but their outward rudeness and laziness is so uncalled for.
