placed an order on the app, got there to pick it up only to be told they were out of what I ordered, I asked for the order to be canceled and was told they couldn't do that. So I'm out over $15 and got nothing for it, this is completely unacceptable!!!!!
Staff was at table eating and wasn't able to take my oder because the manager was not there yet.the Staff is able to order but the customer not able to. I hope this get corrected thanks
I came back inside to try this restaurant again, I ordered my food and the same woman who was working at the drive thru before on July. Saw me and started making comments about me with the staff. Just because I wanted a sandwich without cheese that day she wouldn’t make it for me, because I was running her time in drive thru . But when I ordered on the speaker I clearly said no cheese, turns out to have cheese when I pulled to the window. This place is no longer customer service customer service friendly. I won’t visit this restaurant again, rather go extra miles to a different Hardee’s restaurant
They are constantly out of chicken. I can never order online because they never have what I order. So I started going through the drive thru and they gave me the complete opposite what I ordered and refuse to remake the order. I’m fed up this place needs to shut down or re staff. Waste of money and food.

Though the lady was nice, i asked for a normal chicken sandwich with pickles. I was deliberately given a BLT when im allergic to bacon & Tomatoes. Too far up the road to turn around.. won't be returning.

I have come here on multiple occasions throughout the day and the store is locked and employees are inside, visible, sitting at tables on their phones.
There have been incidents in which I ordered items through the app available on the menu and have been reprimanded for doing so, saying that it was too early, even though only menu items available for breakfast will appear.
There have been many incidents of refusal to just make items as well.
I used to worked food and beverage and I get it’s difficult at times, and I always try to make sure I’m kind and patient with the employees, but their outward rudeness and laziness is so uncalled for.

Why does the Dr. Pepper always taste like mold and mildew?So gross. This is the 3rd and final time. I'm never going here again.

Too slow, and you have to go back in ask for ketup jelly, etc.
Do not believe their advertised hours, they never open on time. Pull l up tried to order after driving 15 minutes, based on their posted online hours, and no response at speaker despite numerous attempts. Pulled around the window and saw a employee there and wondering if there speaker may not be working. Waited a good five minutes before I finally had to honk my horn just to get here to acknowledge my presence. She then threw up hands and mouth "What" I mouthed back asking they were open her response was "Do we look like we're (f word expletive) open?" Yeah not the best experience I've ever had....so taken way here is horrible staff, non existent customer service, and no ideal of the places actual hours of operation. Save your money and time....drive the extra ten minutes to anywhere else
Ok so I can see I am not the only person to leave a poor review for incorrect hours being posted on your drive through. You are posted to open at 0500 AM online, on you drive through window, on your door. However it seems that not the case, even though you have employees in the store. Numerous people drove up one guy even said you guys took an online order. Your employee is didn't even budge to attempt to tell people you weren't open. I had to hit no the horn the get her attention and let's just say the employees response including cursing at me. Unbelievable way to run a business. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and your employees need to learn what posted business hours mean.
Never opens on time, biscuits are always over cooked, and staff is not friendly half the time.
This was the best store everrr …. And it was clean, the workers were nice and helpful
