Every single time you go to this location after 6pm they make up excuses why they can't make something. YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 10PM DAILY! They are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING! get new people to run your store before they run it to the ground. We always have to go to the Honea path location which is another 24 minutes out of the way and of course they are never out of products. Your location sucks.

Never get orders right even though it’s on the order. Takes forever to get food even though I order online.
Workers are okay but they close early every night. So make sure to go before 9:30 or they won’t have much. While I was waiting in line at 9:30 the toaster was cut off so when I went to order I was told it couldn’t be toasted.

I went to get some cookies and it was only two chocolate chips left. I asked the woman will she be putting anymore out. She stated she doesn’t know because that depends on night shift. It was only 2:00pm. I got the 2 cookies and they were hard as rocks. I use to love coming here for the cookies mostly but now they are hard for the most part. Very disappointed

Miranda was so nasty and disrespectful !!! She rushed me to place my order, then after I asked her what’s the rush… she started cussing like an ignorant fool. She refused to serve me. I wouldn’t have wanted her to anyway after the lack of professionalism…
She sent the owner’s money right out the door!

Had to ask for counter to be cleaned before placing order. They weren't going to do it otherwise. The nihht crew 2/27/2025 is the worst and slowest I have ever experienced there. Ordered a flatbread and they rolled it up. Not folded, rolled. 4 tiny, leveled scoops of tuna on a footlong were used. Asked for spinach and she put 9 leafs on. 4 tiny tomatoes, I had to ask for more to be put on. After mayo and black pepper, she cut it and rolled it up. Then, I was charged almost $10 for that distasteful job. If they can't train employees better than that. That crew will not last.

Terrible lettuce was pink, never in my life. Have I ever had an experience at a subway like this one! Do not understand how they are still in business ask for fresh lettuce, the employee told me they did not have any more lettuce. How are you a subway? And you do not have more lettuce. It was 7pm, they close at 10pm and all the cutting boards were pulled and all the sauces were in the back like they were getting off in 5 minutes and it was like they were annoyed that you ask them to make them a sub where they work at lol if you don't like your job, find a new one.

Very rude. My bread wasn’t baked all the way and was doey. I asked for chicken Baja but I do believe it was tuna. This subway used to be great. No on here has pride or care anymore. These kids are always rude.

Placed an order online at 8:45 pm on a Friday night. Arrived at 8:57pm the app said received but had not changed to building. Walked inside to find 3 employees taking out trash. They had already put up all the food for the evening. One girl announced that they are closed. They are normally open until 10pm. I asked if I’d be able to cancel the order if it was made online. Girl says uh yeah cause we never got it. ????? Then I turned back as I was leaving to see the girl run over to the computer and tap the screen. When I reached the car the app said the order was cancelled. Apparently they decided sometime before 8:45pm to stop making sandwiches. Looks like several others leaving a review had the same issue. So it’s the common business practice here. They don’t want our money. Probably expect a paycheck though
Placed an online order and it was sent here for some reason. Never arrived or updated to being made. All attempts to contact them have been in vain. Avoid this place at all cost.

Absolutely horrible! The woman working there "subway #17413=0 11504 Augusta Rd. Honea path. Served by # 0420" was extremely rude and abusive to the elder gentleman in front of me, myself, and those behind. As she "worked" she complained about working there and was screaming at her team mate who was trying to mop a dirty floor. I have never seen such behavior outside of a spoiled toddler. Absolutely does not need to be working with the public. My wifeand I used to go there often. I don't believe we will go there again.
Dietary restrictions: My wife only ever got the chicken bacon ranch wrap. We were told that they no longer served the tortilla wrap, we would have to eat something else. I did order her one of the new square "wraps" unfortunately my wife found the new wrap nearly inedible.

This subway has went down hill! The food is slapped together with no since of pride. Never get what I request like less mayo, it is poured on. Not my place to go anymore! If you call management you will not get a call back! (Pic ask for light mayo/mustard)
