Drive thru person kept talking over me so they didn't hear me ask for no red sauce after I said it three times. Didnt get my 4 piece nuggets, part of my child's lunch, in the bag. Didn't get the honey mustard my wife requested. So basically, every family member was disappointed in some way with this visit.
Was told to pull forward immediately after I paid, i assume to lower their wait time stats, but there was no room bc another car was already waiting. Not a good drive thru experience. Too many other options in the area to consider coming back again.

The employees make you feel as if ordering and showing up to receive decent service is an absolute burden. We cringe everytime we order whether it be a bad mood or an unwelcome frowning face employee who dreads the next slice of roast beef to another burden of a customer. It behooves me that this establishment is still up and running and management hasn't cleared house. In this day and age people feel entitled to not work so it's as if I'm doing the world a favor and not driving through this Arby's to see the low voiced no southern hospitality smiles we get while enjoying food from the house of beef.

Arby's has always had pretty decent food but would like to see something new soon!!
The staff seem friendly enough, but the food is sadly never great here. The sweet tea has been undrinkable every time I have ordered, like it’s old or possibly soured? My son ordered a chicken slider once and it was so hot and rubbery, like microwaved too long, nearly impossible to chew, so we threw it away. The app doesn’t seem to work very well as my orders are never ready at the promised time. My kids always ask to go here after dance, but after so many disappointing trips, we’re crossing it off the list.

We were I a hurry and I Ordered curly fries. But after waiting 3 or 4 minutes I said don't worry about it. Just give me regular fries, cause we were in a hurry. So they did, and they were terrible. Felt like yesterday's French fries, just terrible.
