Showed up 20 minutes before close and they had doors locked with tons of employees sitting at tables inside and working behind counter. We were shocked and another family showed up at the same time and were equally surprised.

Essentially ruined wife's birthday not having a preordered cake prepared on time. Terrible mismanagement.

My husband ordered me a vanilla ice cream cake with funfetti cake for my birthday. For some reason there was a layer of chocolate on the bottom and in between the vanilla ice cream/funfetti cake…I presume to secure the layers together/to the cake base? There’s a reason why I wanted vanilla on vanilla - I’m one of the few people on this planet that hates chocolate! We buy an ice cream cake at least once a year from BR (first time at this location) and have never had this happen anywhere else. It’s really disappointing as this is the closest location to us and it was for my birthday. I’m having to destroy this beautiful cake to make it edible!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the employees at Baskin Robbins (Bre), and I must say, their level of service was truly outstanding. From the moment I stepped into their premises, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Wow! My family and I just had a great time with Malarie and getting our ice cream for the day! What a wonderful experience she gives with serving you! Not only was the service great, but the interactions with Malarie were great! We will definitely be back to this Baskin Robbins location for the ice cream and the great customer service! But, I did get a bit more ice cream than I should have.....but, it was delicious ?

Rude, dirty, over priced.I walked in today with my son to get ice cream. Was not greeted by anyone. I saw the employee that was taking the persons order in front of me, he obviously did not want to be there. You could see it in the way that he was handling the order, and the look on his face.Behind the counter everything was a mess, and very dirty.We ended up walking out. Will not return.

They are never open in the evening

This location is very understaffed. Because of this service was super slow, it was a mess. Not to mention, half more than the ice cream flavors were out. The employee that helped us was awesome. He was trying his best. Stars are for his service.

Why is this place allowed to be a building? No one is ever there and it takes up space of what could be a thriving business.

Please update hours on your website. The website says close at 9pm, but you're closed earlier. I stopped by around 8:30. This is disappointing.

Only had 5 flavors... strawberry, cotton candy, mint chocolate chip, butter pecan, and chocolate chip. Settled for a 1 scoop of strawberry. But was really only 1/2 scoop. She forgot spoon but didn't forget to check her phone after scooping the half scoop. Sad.
