Go through drive thru... order bacon egg and cheese biscuit bo-rounds and soda. Get to window the woman says don't worry your bacon egg and cheese is in a different wrapper... leave and I wonder why the bacon egg and cheese is in a different wrapper? Because its a chicken biscuit no cheese or anything. Bo-rounds burnt and wrong drink... reading is hard and double check the order... or just lie because you don't know what the order was.

Went there for the first time a few days ago and ordered the 3 Supremes Combo. The food was ok. Sadly, the fries were really salty (like SUPER salty). Will try it again soon to see if my experience is better.

Placed a drive thru order which included a boberry biscuit. Didn't know that would require a wait because the speaker is automated but that's whatever. At the window I was quoted a 4 minute wait for my food and asked to pull up to the door. Waited 15 minutes and was never brought my order. Went inside and 1 of 4 employees was actually working, the rest seemed to be having fun though. Was then quoted a 3 minute wait for my order that had allegedly started 15 minutes prior. Food was good, might not have been as frustrating of an experience if anyone acted like they gave a damn.

Automated drive through is absolutely ridiculous!!!
One of my favorite Bojangles locations in the area. Manager Isaiah is always friendly and welcoming when I visit. The food is cooked perfectly every time other than the locations down the street

Ordered food, never got it. No one ever showed up at the window. Waited 2 minutes at the window and no one ever came to the window to take my money. I didn’t see anyone working inside at 8:30am. Lights on, no one home.

Went through DT - HATE the computer generated order taker. If I wanted to interact with a computer I would have placed my order on-line. When we ordered a Chicken Sandwich as advertised on menu, was expecting what was advertised - Cajun filet, mayo, pickles on a bun. What was received was Cajun filet, shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo on a bun. Not what was advertised on menu and online. Was told to pull forward as bo bites would be 4 mins. 15 mins later husband had to go inside to find out order. By that time, sandwich was Luke warm, wilted lettuce that should not have been on it anyway, and soggy due to tomato! I called store to ask what comes on chicken sandwich and they proceeded to say there were two different sandwiches. Yet NOWHERE on menu does it state this! Once great restaurant chain - not anymore.

Terrible Customer Service & Unacceptable Business Practice
I had an awful experience at the Bojangles on Collins Road in Indian Land, SC. We placed online orders and arrived at 9:40 PM to pick them up—well before their posted closing time of 10:00 PM. Instead of informing us earlier, the employee at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful, waiting until the last minute to tell us they were closed. She could have easily overridden the speaker to let us know, but she didn’t.
When we got to the window, she gave us a disgusting attitude and bluntly said, “We’re closed.” We explained that it was only 9:40 PM and that we had already paid for our orders online, yet she showed no concern. When we asked about a refund, she coldly responded, “No, you’re not getting a refund. You’ll have to come back tomorrow.” So not only were we left without our food or drinks, but they also kept our money!
This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If they are going to close early, they need to either update their hours or at least communicate properly instead of scamming customers out of their money. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect even basic customer service.
