Ordered a 3 piece supreme with fires and revived a 2 piece with bo rounds and no biscuit. My chicken was cold and hard. Didn’t even eat the food.

They're always out of something by 6pm. I've been there numerous times told no more dark meat, green beans, etc. It's not like the place is a bbq joint that smokes a certain amount of meat each day and when your out, you're out. Although the staff is nice, 3 of the 4 working the drive-thru had no traffic and just on their phones. He asked one of them to help get my order together (me being a walk-in) and nothing happened. He looks at me after some time like why am I still there. He asked that person where my bag was and it wasn't even started. He did it himself after I'm there almost waiting 20 minutes.

Ordered CURBSIDE pickup. I currently had surgery on a leg and have limited mobility. Arrived, parked in Curbside spot, and stated in app and through the email that I was there. When app stated food was ready, nobody brought it out. I waited 10 minutes past that time. Gave up and drove through the drive-thru. Lady at drive-thru did not apologize and just stated when they are short staffed, the prepared order ends up sitting there. My food sat in a bag on their counter and would have sat there until who knows when. Manager needs to train staff better or end their curbside altogether.

I went to dine in for lunch today, but no one was at the counter. When I asked, I was told the drive thru was more important than dine in customers and still no one came to the register. AVOID THIS PLACE! I WAS NEVER TREATED SO RUDELY. I wish Google allowed NEGATIVE STARS!!! The next time they see me, I'll make a big drive thru order and DRIVE OFF! TAKE THAT!!!

The weekday morning drive through crew here are on-point. Friendly, fast, accurate. Several visits in a row around 9/9:30am on a weekday have had fresh warm buttery Cajun biscuits, excellent service, and an overall good experience. I watched my biscuit get cut after coming fresh out of the oven. I should have taken a picture but it went right to my mouth ;-)

The food is not that bad, it just depends on who cooks it. One time, there was a piece of hair in my food, it was NOT mine, the hair was blue. The service is HORRIBLE. I had to wait almost an hour just to get some fries and a coke. Everyone that works there is either really slow or just doesn't give a crap about their job. The atmosphere is in between. It's very quiet and once I saw a cockroach on the floor. It took 30 minutes to get it out.

We ordered food at the drive thru and they pulled us up because they were out of biscuits at breakfast time. But we saw several cars pull up and get their food while we were waiting. It felt like they just didn't want to walk our food out. I kind of doubt that all of those other cars didn't get a biscuit at breakfast time.

Got to the window. The window opened for us to pay. The employee didn’t say a single word, just looked at us as my husband handed him our card. After we paid we sat there for another 5 minutes. They came back to the window and told us there was no more Mac and cheese. Had we known that we wouldn’t have placed an order to begin with or paid when we got to the window. So we got another side of rice instead. And then the additional side of rice wasn’t in the order, so we had to turn around to come back and get it. The fries were so saturated in seasoning we couldn’t eat them. Would recommend training up your employees on customer service and basic communication skills.
Go through drive thru... order bacon egg and cheese biscuit bo-rounds and soda. Get to window the woman says don't worry your bacon egg and cheese is in a different wrapper... leave and I wonder why the bacon egg and cheese is in a different wrapper? Because its a chicken biscuit no cheese or anything. Bo-rounds burnt and wrong drink... reading is hard and double check the order... or just lie because you don't know what the order was.
