imho Bojo has the best fried chicken around. The service at this branch is consistently slow and seems to always be understaffed. There's been multiple times we've had to wait over 20 minutes for chicken to be cooked for a basic eight piece box. At least it's fresh but plan on waiting. Prices are up significantly

Why is this place so bad. I miss Bojangles in its glory days. The food here is horrible. My son got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that was horrible. The egg was drenched in thick viscous oil. The fries were cold and had no seasoning at all. We returned it all for a refund. This is our third bad experience. No more. Every location near this one is bad too. The one down by the Lowes is even worse. They let young people smoke in the dining room.

Ordered curbside pickup. Order was ready for pickup though the app. Clicked on app when arriving. Pulled up in the pickup spot and called the store to let them know arrived. Waiting for 20mins for the order to come out. The associate that came out said the order was sitting on the shelf. I spoke with the manager from 1st call and 2nd call 20mins they said coming out. Why have curbside pickup ? They really didn’t care and no apology for the meal coming out late! Bad customer service. Sour shopping experience to eat out!

I'd wish they leave the Ai thing alone and let an actual human take my order. 2 of 4 drinks were incorrect, 2 of 4 sides were incorrect and of course I didn't get the Boberry Biscuits I ordered. Something told me to just drive 10 extra min to another location as this one never gets the order correct.

Chicken was good. Biscuits looked and tasted hours too old. Considering the order was over $50 for takeout, I would expect better quality. First person to start taking my order did not even attempt to answer my question and when another person came to take over, the first just walked off. The second order taker was fine. I don’t come here often but I believe going forward, I will just drive the extra distance to KFC. Since it was empty and after 5pm, I suspect others have already learned this lesson.

Bonjangles has always been my favorite for their chicken! The Mac n cheese is really good, and the dirty rice and Cajun pintos are AMAZING!!! The customer service is great and the employees are mostly always very welcoming, and pleasant. This will always be my "Go to " for chicken, dirty rice, and Cajun pintos!! Thanks Bojangles!!!

This place will be closed down soon enough because their quality of service is horrible. Too many occasions of something being wrong with the experience. And this is the last straw. A piece of chicken had a nauseating smell to it and one can only imagine the reason why. Service is always average or below average. And now to be served probably spoiled food, it’s only my fault if I chose to subject myself or family to this garbage. Shame on the staff for not taking pride in what they serve to the community. Never again.

I'm retired and it had become a daily ritual for me to hit the drive thru every morning and order some breakfast. I pulled to the speaker and waited for over 5 minutes, no one ever asked for my order. I honestly assumed the speaker was broken, I had seen them working on it not too long before. When I drove up to the window the lady (appeared to be the manager) was very angry. I told her I thought maybe the box was broken since there was no one ahead of me or behind me. I asked if she could let me order there and she yelled "No, you have to drive back around the building to the box and order". Very hateful lady!! I started to leave but said what the heck, still no one was in line so I drove back and this time someone took my order. When I drove up to the window the lady that handed out my food was very sweet and mouthed "sorry" to me.
I understand people have bad days but I don't think taking it out on the customer is a good way to handle it. I don't think she is a fan of older people, I know there are a lot of us in Indian Land.

Worst location ever. Every time I try to give this location a try they are always very rude and never fail to refuse to make bo berry biscuits. Tonight my son was craving a bojangles biscuit so I Tried to order an egg and cheese biscuit 2 1/2 hours before close for them to refuse yet again because "they already cleaned the grill". I've worked on restaurants for over 10 years and understand the inconvenience of last minute guest but almost 3 hours before they close is ridiculous.
