We were driving by, saw this location and had never hear of BurgerFi. After looking it up online we decided to come back and try it out for a casual dinner. Food was good, with some interesting options. The Red Velvet shake was a delicious surprise! The store was clean with fresh modern decor, but the service was a bit slow.

The cheeseburger was upgraded to a double and was great. Tasty and juicy. They burn their name into the bun as in the pictures! Fries are separate, as is everything (so we didn’t get drinks). The fries came in their own brown bag, plentiful portion, a bit burned in my taste soI couldn’t eat them. Also got a kid’s meal with a juice box and fries- same amount of fries for the kid’s meal as the adult! Every part of the meal was in its own box (ie lettuce and tomato for the kid burger). Strange. The bag does seal for delivery!Overall, just these things were twenty two dollars. Pretty expensive, but a good burger overall. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.

We work down the street and this was our first time trying this place for girls lunch. The people in the back that greeted us were very nice. The girl taking our orders wasn't friendly at all. Maybe she was just shy but she seemed miserable to be there. Burger was ok. We ordered the cry and fries but the onion rings looked pretty disgusting. Definitely not like the pictures. When we asked why they were so dark the girl said they need to change their oil. Very greasy as well. We marked this off of our list of lunch places. We can get the same food at Wendy's or McDonald's down the street for way less.

Eat in for two was about $30. Everything is separate when you order but, they have coupons. And promos for downloading their app. Got the chicken sandwich and the double bacon burger. Fries, onion rings and one drink. All sauces are extra 57¢ each. Sauces, bacon jalapeno ranch, ghost pepper honey, Memphis bbq, and garlic aioli. All very flavorful! We'll be back.

Overall good place just needs more options for vegans.Vegefi burger.... has cheese.... but you DONT have vegan cheese? Cmon now.Service was nice and overall clean but very discouraging when places do things like this.

I'm sure the BurgerFi Indian Land is not a reflection of other BurgerFi restaurants. This was our first visit and it wasn't good. From the moment we walked in we felt we were bothering the staff. We even told them we were first time visitors and that didn't change their disposition. After we fumble through the menu asking questions. We were given our cups for drinks. We got our utensils and tried to get ketchup but the container was empty now get this, they had only been open thirty minutes so obviously they don't have an opening routine to check the container for ketchup, mustard etc. Now we sat down to wait for our burgers and fries. The meal comes out and my french fries are cold. I took the fries back to the counter for fresh fries, you thought I had slapped their mother. Anyway, our burgers were 3/4 eaten when the fresh fries came out. We ate a few fries finished our burger and left. With several burger joints on the same road, they best step up their game especially when they charge $7.99 for a single cheeseburger. I got the double. Nothing special, for the price I will stick with Habit

I did take-out for 3 burgers (CEO, BurgerFi with cheese, bacon cheeseburger), an order of tenders, a family-size order of fries, 2 orders of onion rings and 4 shakes. The sides were plentiful but I was expecting bigger burger patties for the price. The burgers were juicy and the tenders well seasoned. No line to order and they made my order quickly. Overall a good spot in the area.

Food was good. We ordered 3 burgers and large fry. Fry was plenty for 3 people. It was a Friday night so some delay was accounted for in service. Staff was friendly and kind despite the slow wait times and some customers getting antsy. No one is perfect over night and I’m happy to have another food option. They’ll be up to speed in no time.

Thank you for bringing it here locally!!! It's soo good. Perfectly cooked burger, great fries. I missed it soo bad. It was my favorite burger place back home. You got my business as long as you stay consistent.
I was so incredibly disappointed with this location. I have been to the BurgerFi in Cary, NC several times and loved it so when I saw that one was opening here in Indian Land, I was excited to be able to go much more often! Let’s just say that will NOT be happening after our experience!Among the issues we experienced were:1. Long wait times for our food - and as we waited we noticed every table who received their long awaited orders sent at least a couple of items back because they were incorrectly prepared.2. Once our orders did arrive, the burgers were luke warm, not hot, and they were barely dressed with what we had asked for - one wilted piece of lettuce each, no sauce at all, cold buns, and dry as a bone as if they had been sitting out before serving! (Opposite vs my Cary location experience which are always perfectly cooked burgers hot and very juicy!!). The fries - which we ordered because they claimed to be out of onion rings - were hot - and once we sent back the order because we had paid extra for urban style but didn’t originally receive them, we tasted them and realized they were soggy with oil and over cooked! Ick! The drink cups had no lids, so drinking from them after leaving the restaurant was not possible - when we mentioned this we were told that we could have plastic Saran Wrap if we wanted??!!3. The Assistant Manager we shared feedback with (we knew they were newly opened and wanted to help them improve) was defensive and argumentative - and did not even begin to apologize for our experience. He was too busy locking the doors right at 8pm - thereby locking a full restaurant of guests inside and making them ask to be let out!Needless to say, for the price tag we should have gotten top of the line burgers and food AND service…and none of that was part of our experience!!!

Great fast food place! I would recommend it but it is very expensive but it's worth it I would say. My family loves it but it's expensive. It's also takes a lot of time to make so you are going to wait for awhile so you are warned. We loved the fries it's crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The hamburgers are good too. They are grass fed so it's worth it. The chicken tenders are delicious. (My 11-year-old son wrote this review ?)

We enjoyed our experience at the new Burger Fi in Indian Land. The gourmet burgers are amazing! Be sure to order one of the special sauces for your burger. We appreciate the high quality beef with no hormones, steroids or antibiotics.
