Very unprofessional. Staff constantly cursing in front of customers and arguing. Ordered online and am still waiting 30 minutes after it was stated it would be ready. No one in the restaurant. After I waited for 30 minutes (having already placed the order online 30 minutes prior) they put my order together and put it on a shelf. Had I not noticed and asked about it who knows how much longer I would be waiting. The staff continued to complain about not wanting to be at work. Another customer came up to me to discuss how unprofessional he also thought the staff was behaving. Because of the horrible customer service alone I won't be back.

Counter service burger restaurants seem to have almost as many locations as their fast food brethren. I figured they'd have more of the same and I was pleasantly mistaken. Their Swag burger actually had some kick. Their fries weren't soggy or over cooked and the regular order is enough for two people. The custard had great flavor. The employees are always attentive, very friendly and welcoming. The hamburger tasted amazing and their milkshakes are some of the best around. The aesthetic is very modern and comfy and very clean. 10/10 on all fronts

Not worth the money. Burger was dry...needed a lot of condiments to make it edible. The $10 for a kids meal cheeseburger is definitely not worth it. The burger tasted dry and not fresh at all. The portion of fries with the kids meal was plentiful, but way too much for kids. Maybe cut down portion size for kids and reduce the price?? The fries were disgusting. Half were not cooked enough and the other half was overcooked. Wendy's burgers are way better. Save your money...do not eat here.

We were driving by, saw this location and had never hear of BurgerFi. After looking it up online we decided to come back and try it out for a casual dinner. Food was good, with some interesting options. The Red Velvet shake was a delicious surprise! The store was clean with fresh modern decor, but the service was a bit slow.

The cheeseburger was upgraded to a double and was great. Tasty and juicy. They burn their name into the bun as in the pictures! Fries are separate, as is everything (so we didn’t get drinks). The fries came in their own brown bag, plentiful portion, a bit burned in my taste soI couldn’t eat them. Also got a kid’s meal with a juice box and fries- same amount of fries for the kid’s meal as the adult! Every part of the meal was in its own box (ie lettuce and tomato for the kid burger). Strange. The bag does seal for delivery!Overall, just these things were twenty two dollars. Pretty expensive, but a good burger overall. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
This place needs an adult in management at this location. Food is good but orders are always completed incorrectly! Get an adult in here that can guide these kids. 4 people here and i know of 2 orders that were completely wrong.

We work down the street and this was our first time trying this place for girls lunch. The people in the back that greeted us were very nice. The girl taking our orders wasn't friendly at all. Maybe she was just shy but she seemed miserable to be there. Burger was ok. We ordered the cry and fries but the onion rings looked pretty disgusting. Definitely not like the pictures. When we asked why they were so dark the girl said they need to change their oil. Very greasy as well. We marked this off of our list of lunch places. We can get the same food at Wendy's or McDonald's down the street for way less.

Eat in for two was about $30. Everything is separate when you order but, they have coupons. And promos for downloading their app. Got the chicken sandwich and the double bacon burger. Fries, onion rings and one drink. All sauces are extra 57¢ each. Sauces, bacon jalapeno ranch, ghost pepper honey, Memphis bbq, and garlic aioli. All very flavorful! We'll be back.

Oh no. We went here last month when they first opened and food and service was great. Management was there training the new staff and we really enjoyed the visit. Unfortunately we went back yesterday and were very disappointed. Burger Pattie's were dry and overcooked. Might had been sitting around for a while. Fries were overly done and it looked like the oil they were cooked in had not been changed since the place opened. So disappointed as a little better management would really help change this around.
