I've been a loyal fan & customer for quite some time ordering cakes buying cupcakes and cookies and cheesecake a couple times a week. Buying treats for myself family & friends! But the last few times I've been I've paid with cash and on my receipt I'm still being charged the % card convenient fee. When I asked the employee why she said it might be the system but did not offer to correct the charge. Cost of everything is going up but doesn't seem fair to tack on the card convenient fee when your loyal customers or any customer that pay cash. Very disappointing.

We got our daughter’s 1st birthday cake from here and it was perfect! I sent two inspo pictures, one being the design and the other being the colors I wanted and they nailed it. The entire order process was so easy. The cake was delicious, our entire crowd wanted to go in for seconds (should have gotten a bigger cake!!).
I’m so glad we chose B’zzz for the occasion, will definitely be using them for custom cakes in the future.
