B’zzz cakes did an amazing job on the cake and cupcakes for my son’s fire truck themed birthday party. The cake and cupcakes looked exactly like the design photos I sent and somehow tasted even better! Everyone at the party commented on how delicious and cute they were. In 2022 I went looking for a good cupcake shop near me… well I found it. Two years later I’m still a regular customer. I go to college this year and I will miss them so much. Bzzz cakes have the very best cupcakes and cakes, I have even done a specialty cupcake/cake with them and it turned out lovely. I get cupcakes every 2-3 months, everyone I meet working there is lovely and happy to see you. They have a huge selection of cupcakes and a decent amount of cakes available for purchase. The staff were friendly and professional. The cupcakes are delicious! I ordered the 6 cupcakes for around $22 (coconut cream was amazing). You definitely need to let them sit out to come up to room temperature before eating. This will definitely be my go-to for yummy cupcakes. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend B'zzz cakes for anyone looking for a local bakery!!! The customer service was absolutely terrible-as was the cumbersome ordering process. I was originally told that my order would be fulfilled in time only to have it cancelled at the last minute leaving us scrambling to find another option for my daughter's birthday. Further, no apology was given- just an explanation that other orders came in while we were finalizing the design that they decided to prioritize over my order. I even offered to pay a deposit up front, but was denied as policy stated that the design must first be settled. I definitely do not recommend this business for anyone looking for a smooth experience and halfway decent customer service.

Amazing service, pricing and cupcakes are out of this world delicious. I’m originally from nyc and I must say these cupcakes are the best I’ve ever had. And there cakes are not only beautiful on the outside with attention to detail as well as delicious on the inside. Cakes are moist and frosting is not heavy or overly sweet. My daughter loved her 21st bday cake and so did everyone. Also ordered a cake for husbands’s nephew son’s 1st bday. Cake was a hit!! I highly recommend bzzz cakes. Customer for life.

The cake flavors are out of this world, just the right amount of frosting, and their special event cakes for us have been wonderful.The owner is very detail oriented and she met with us and did a cake tasting prior to our baby shower order to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted.When I ordered my husband's Game of Thrones cake she took all of my pictures and recommendations into consideration and made a show stopper for us!For my daughter's 1st birthday, she made a beautiful simple and delicious sprinkle cake for us that we added our own letters to the day-of. I visited this place today to suprise my nephew for his birthday. The cake looks good for eyes but not for tongue and stomach. It was a big dissapointment to me and I felt so akward at that moment after spending a lot for the cake. I wouldn’t prefer this place and suggest this to any of my people.

This is my new go-to bakery! I was on the hunt for something to "wow" my boyfriend on his birthday and I really wanted to support a local biz. A friend told me about B'zzz and after checking out their IG, I figured it was worth the drive to Indian Land to check them out. As soon as I walked in, my eyes went to the beautifully arranged display of treats; cases that contained a huge variety of dessert choices from decorated cakes to cookie sandwiches and a whole lot of cupcakes! I settled on getting a half dozen cupcakes so that we could try a variety of their flavors. The girl who was working was very polite and helpful. She was happy to give me suggestions and tell me about which flavors were the most popular. She boxed my 6 cupcakes in a plastic container that kept each cupcake separate--so convenient since no one wants their cupcakes smashing together or falling over on the drive home. The flavors I chose (after much deliberation): cookies and cream, stuff French toast, raspberry almond, Reese's and red velvet. They were all beautifully decorated and looked SO yummy! And for the win, these tasted every bit as good as they looked. The stuffed French toast and raspberry almond were our favorites. The way the flavors worked together for each cupcake was just magic. To say that we are ready to go back and try some of the other ones is an understatement. This was a great experience and the cupcakes exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that they're closed on Sundays and Mondays. I'd love to enjoy a yummy treat from here on Sundays, when I come to this plaza for a coffee date at Rendezbrew. Maybe a partnership needs to happen--cupcakes at the coffee shop? Just a suggestion!
