This is the second Chic fil a store in two days:

I did just pick up a DoorDash order at this store for customer Michelle at 10:12/13. Got the food alright but the discussions of the employees working up front are probably best to be left as outside of business discussions. Or saved for break time if it’s the case. But out on the floor it’s probably best for business, maintaining good customer service and such to not have those types of conversations, just randomly. Some customers may not appreciate it as they are likely walking in to have a meal, coffee, etc. They prouareng expecting to hear sensitive social topics that are already over saturated with attention:

* THE DISCUSSION:
In getting my food I just overheard one of the employees behind the counter say, “it’s probably because he was bl _ _ _ and she was wh _ _ _.” It’s not even something to publicly report and document on my behalf, I don’t think, but Imit should at least be brought up and hopefully and expectedly appropriately addressed by management if it applies and is relevant.

They were out of Chick-fil-A sauce and it’s Wednesday

Every time I make a purchase, especially the late crunch salad, they ALWAYS don’t remember to add the sauce. I ordered five bowls and just got home after a long day to have dinner, realising they didn’t add the sauce I ordered. It’s so frustrating. But the staff are nice.

I had ordered a 12 count grilled nugget meal and they got my whole order wrong, not only that but I had to wait so I assumed it would all be correct. I got a large fry and they gave me a medium. I got a 12 count they gave me an eight count and I even asked for ranch and they gave me ranch dressing instead of the packets-I didn’t even notice till I got home
