This location is by far the worst among the franchise. They constantly short people on harsh browns, fatty chicken parts,slow lines, unfriendly staff, overall mess! First world problems, sure, but not for my wallet. Honestly as of lately, CFA is on par with McDonald’s- poor food quality/customer service/lack of customer awareness.

We just had a pretty bad experience at this Chick-fil-A. The woman taking our order in drive thru was lovely, but not only was our order wrong upon receiving, but the food quality was very poor compared to typical Chick-fil-A high quality standards. The chicken tasted almost fishy. Fries were not good.
They forgot our sauces, did not provide napkins, and forgot one of our fries.
Not a good experience. We are stopping at another place to get something else to eat because we really could not eat this food.

I was very disappointed that I had to remind the staff if you accidentally gave my drinks to another customer and they had my drinks inside their car, then I don’t want those drinks and to make new ones. Now the kicker is this. They took the drinks to another section and then brought it back so did they really give me new ones? Also, the employees were very unprofessional when handling this situation.

Went through the drive thru just a short time ago. Waited a few minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there even though a car had just pulled away. Person seemed to rush like they didnt want to take the whole order. Then when I get to the window and pay the girl hands me a bag with half my order and no drinks. They failed to even take my order correctly. I had to pay twice for an iced coffee and rang up two hashbrowns instead of a fruit cup I ordered with one meal. Asked where my food was the girl said it's in there. I can visibly see half my food is missing. I asked again gave the receipt paid for a 2nd iced coffee they never rung up all while a manager stood back and visibly rolled her eyes.They did finally give my sandwich for 2nd meal but never gave the second hashbrown. If they didn't hear me correctly that's fine or something happened mid order or they entered something incorrect and had to delete and re-enter and didn't recall what I ordered that's fine just verify what I ordered, don't make an assumption get it wrong and then argue with me and give half my food. I have never had an issue here or any other chik fil a but this was just absurd. I shouldn't have to argue to get the food I ordered and paid for. The workers seemed more like they were bothered to have to stop their fun to work including the manager. They need better training or a better staff and definitely a better manager who actually steps in to handle issues.
