Ordered online, still forced to wait in the slow, inefficient drive thru line for 30 minutes, took 4 times for them to find my online order, and they messed up my order, gave me no sauces. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush. Wasted my time!

My last 2 experiences at this location were horrible, but this last experience was review worthy. I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon through drive -thru. I sat at the drive-thru pick-up window for roughly TEN minutes waiting on 1 salad while a line of cars built up behind me. No one apologized for the inconvenience or said ANYTHING to me the entire ten minutes I waited.. instead I sat there while everyone had their private conversations.. when I finally received my salad, there were NO condiments other than lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes… 10 minutes and my salad is missing everything. Once again, no apologies.. Shelly, who was the manager bagging food.. didn’t even come to the window, I had to ask if she was the manger and what her name was. I requested a refund.. no longer wanted to wait for them to fix the salad. I’ll definitely think twice before visiting this location again.. no customer service skills whatsoever.

Excellent food and very fast service! I haven't had a bad meal yet and I've been going to this location for well over a decade. The staff is always very nice and the service is fast. I highly recommend it!
The parking lot is clean and well organized. The inside was also clean and welcoming. All the staff were quick to greet me and offered to help me. The food was fresh and delicious. 4 stars because I can't give 4.5, due to the chicken portions being smaller on 3 of our 4 sandwiches. I will definitely be back to enjoy another experience. Thank you.Parking: Well laid out. I like the flow and signage.
