I ate at this location yesterday and unfortunately had a very bad experience. I ordered a steak, but later that night I had severe stomach pain which I believe was caused by gluten cross-contamination (I have celiac disease). I had already explained my condition to the manager, but it seems the precautions were not followed properly. On top of that, I also found a hair in my steak, which I did not complain about at the time, but it added to my disappointment.
As someone with dietary restrictions, I really need restaurants to take food safety seriously. This was not the case during my visit, and it left me very uncomfortable and unwell.

The food was horrible. We didn’t ask for salsa and chips but the waitress brought them to us anyways. The chips were paper thin and they broke apart every time we tryed one. So I asked the manager to take the salsa & chips off my bill & he did the fajita shells were tiny ,they were like rubber Probably will NOT go there again

Absolutely a joke, cold food, the steak my wife ordered was brought rare recooked and literally still RARE. The wait time for food was absolutely ridiculous by the time we got our food it was probably a good 45 minutes, the amount of empty space and the slow speed of service is absolutely unacceptable. The fries were cold to the touch and my burger was cold as well. Only one meal of our was warm and that’s giving them unnecessary credit. I’ve tried giving this place another chance but they’ve shown that they can’t even do a simple dinner order right. If you want Chilis just go to the one in Rock Hill, they actually give you good service and warm food.

My first time at this location. Our server was good and funny. He liked his job. Food arrived quick, and hot. Old Timer was perfect and huge. Wife had chicken and looked very good. Plan on returning next few weeks.
