My first time at this location. Our server was good and funny. He liked his job. Food arrived quick, and hot. Old Timer was perfect and huge. Wife had chicken and looked very good. Plan on returning next few weeks.

I wouldn't eat here. Trust me. The steak was red inside and had to drink about 5 16oz waters to make my stomach feel better. Cold broccoli as well. I was takeout but I live 3 mins away. Stay from this place if you don't want to lose 30$ like I did

It is a chilis and this is one of the better ones that i have been to over the last year. i usually sit at the bar and never have a problem!
This manager of this location was completely rude to me. Had the worst attitude I have ever come across. These people will waste your time, burn your food to the point where it's unedible. Not apologize and be completely rude to you. I'm actually considering never going to another Chili's ever again. Don't waste your money. this is a 3-star restaurant go anywhere else because the service is actually one star.. The fact that I even gave these people a chance, they shouldn't even have jobs. You will not go far in life treating your customers the way that this general manager spoke to me just now. Actually told me I was lucky I was given a $5 gift card after them burning up my appetizer and my two main courses. The general manager told me. He said that the way they repay us for giving us an unedible food is by not charging us for it. I said how can you charge me for something I didn't even eat. He said that's how we make up for that. And he said this conversation doesn't even matter to me. After I asked him for his name so that I can give it to corporate. He said you're lucky I'm even on the phone with you. I don't know who gave this person permission to run a restaurant but I can see why they have three stars. there burning food. And it's because the management is horrible. Whatever you do, dont waste your time or your money. There's a saying. never eat in a empty restaurant. I should have took that advice yesterday.
Online ordering was the problem! Selected pay at restaurant! Find out that my order wouldn’t be submitted until I pay! Was told that food was free because of my long wait but I had to pay for it before it would be submitted, I didn’t get a refund! After twenty minutes in the parking lot on a hot day the atmosphere had dropped to two stars! Staff was friendly!

Whole bag of chips were stale. Salsa was just some pureded liquid tomatoes. Doesn’t even resemble salsa. Don’t order it. Chicken crisps were over cooked. Very dry. Don’t order these either.

Picked up my order and the blonde young teenager tried to steal our change for her tip and then acted confused when confronted, was snotty and rude, our food looked like it was thrown in the bag for our sauces to spill, the ranch and the salsa was all watery, this is bad experience and this chilis location needs to train their to-go people proper customer service training and the need to know how to bag food.
