11/26/25. There is an in store buy one and get one free. Line out the door, but to be expected. What I did not expect at 5.50pm is to have only 2 employees running the line. That's very poor management not to have more employees working, especially the day before Thanksgiving......Very disappointing

Hi, I just wanted to share some honest feedback. The place feels quite dirty, and the customer service came across as unusually pushy and rude, as if they were trying to rush me through. It almost felt like standing in a line where people are being herded, not like a normal dining experience.

It also seems the employees themselves might be unhappy or frustrated — perhaps due to their work conditions or compensation — which could be affecting the atmosphere and service overall.

They were out of a couple things, but we did stop by late. They do have nice potions for the price, and being open late is great.

This store was disgusting!! There was no place to sit because every table was nasty. The ordering station had food smeared all over the counter, the glass in front of the food prep station was so filthy you couldn't even see through it. Went to the drink station and it was a total disaster, Drinks spilled everywhere. There were 5 people working and they were standing around on their phones. I had to ask for a table to be wiped down so we could eat. The entire store was a mess. I really hope the owner steps up and cleans this place up because we won't be back.

Sounds like the crew here does amazing things for people when they need it. Big props to you guys for being conscious of customers needs and creating an environment where they dont feel out of place trying to have dietary needs met!

Justin at Chipotle was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, his friendly attitude and genuine smile made the whole experience so much better. He took the time to make sure my order was perfect and even shared a few jokes that brightened my day. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also makes you feel truly happy and appreciated. Thanks to Justin, my visit to Chipotle wasn’t just about great food—it was about feeling good too. He’s definitely someone who goes above and beyond!

What's the use of ordering online if I have to pick it from drive thru and wait 30 minutes over there. Utterly under staffed place, felt bad for the folks working there.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is always nice, the dining room is clean and the music isn't too loud. We feel we have a good experience here every time & get good quantity for what we spend.
