11/26/25. There is an in store buy one and get one free. Line out the door, but to be expected. What I did not expect at 5.50pm is to have only 2 employees running the line. That's very poor management not to have more employees working, especially the day before Thanksgiving......Very disappointing

Hi, I just wanted to share some honest feedback. The place feels quite dirty, and the customer service came across as unusually pushy and rude, as if they were trying to rush me through. It almost felt like standing in a line where people are being herded, not like a normal dining experience.

It also seems the employees themselves might be unhappy or frustrated — perhaps due to their work conditions or compensation — which could be affecting the atmosphere and service overall.

This store was disgusting!! There was no place to sit because every table was nasty. The ordering station had food smeared all over the counter, the glass in front of the food prep station was so filthy you couldn't even see through it. Went to the drink station and it was a total disaster, Drinks spilled everywhere. There were 5 people working and they were standing around on their phones. I had to ask for a table to be wiped down so we could eat. The entire store was a mess. I really hope the owner steps up and cleans this place up because we won't be back.

He worked quickly while still paying attention to detail, and even double-checked everything before handing me my food. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. Never had a bad experience here. The staff is always nice, the dining room is clean and the music isn't too loud. We feel we have a good experience here every time & get good quantity for what we spend.
