Placed an order online, got all the way to Chipotle and they were closed. Good job Chipotle! Would have been nice to not allow me to place an order online, take my money and you showed open online. Hopefully my money is refunded and I don’t have to fight to get my money back.

Every time i have went to this chipotle within the last 2/3 months the staff is just super rude. the portions are extremely small when ordering in person and whenever i place a mobile order, my food is wrong and or missing an item. the staff is super lazy and seems like they have no interest executing their job the correct way.

The food was disgusting. I kept asking the young man to remake my husband’s burrito last night because he put too many sauces on it and made his shell soggy. Both of our dish were icy cold., and I got sick after eating. That was a waste of my $30. It’s not worth it. Good bye Chipotle Indian Land.

This has been happening very often lately. I don’t know if corporate even know that these people close their store as they please. Workers are inside and online orders are being accepted it the inside seating is closed. This time the girl inside put up the notice sign right when I was about to walk in. Very frustrating.
Corporate if you read this, you need new management.

Ordered a burrito bowl with all the fixings, no rice, and it tasted fine. Problem is, that's a whole bunch of liquid salsa and meat juice that they put inside a paper bowl, then put that in a paper bag. Grubhub did their job and got the delivery to me, but when I picked up the bag all the food fell out the bottom because enough juice had leaked through the bowl that it severly weakened the bag.

Will not order again unless they can provide a leak-proof bowl or at least a plastic back to contain the mess.

Edit: LOL, they want me to use their website to contact them, but all it is is a crappy AI that won't even talk to me because I ordered through GrubHub and the AI thinks this is GrubHub's fault. This is a process problem, not a delivery or food quality problem. Or rather, it's probably an effort to use less plastic and go green, and I'm sure paper works great if you've got a lot of rice to absorb the liquid, but you've got an aluminum lid to hold in the liquid - just use the aluminum as the base and it won't soak through!
