I had the worst experience here on 3/28. To make a long story short I went back to this restaurant 3 times and my order was still wrong. Went through the chipotlane window, got home no cheese on either bowl and one missing lettuce. Came back to the restaurant, got them to remake it, got home 1 bowl was correct the other had NO CHICKEN AT ALL when I paid for double chicken. Went back to the restaurant to get the biggest couldn’t care less response and attitude from the manager on duty. How a bowl gets made incorrectly twice by the same person is beyond me. Maybe your employees get off on customers wasting their time, money, and gas to drive back and forth over in my opinion an on purpose “mistake”. For the cherry on top the bowl that eventually was right, had a hair in it….. needless to say I will not be back, ever.

So disappointed. My bf picked up our order, I was supposed to have double white rice and they were out so they gave me a little, didn’t offer any other kind, got barbacoa and they were out so I got a tiny bit, they still charged me full price for almost no rice or meat, basically just veggies in a bowl. The workers were arguing and complaining. Very disappointing for almost 40$ worth of food. Don’t recommend this location.

I'm so glad this business is open in the area. I stopped going to Chipotle on Albermarle Rd, which is closer to me because it's horrible. Since I discovered the one on monroe and Idlewild rd has open I been once to twice a week. It's healthy and keeps me from cooking. Pleasant

If we could give zero stars, we would. This location is awful and the only way to get transferred out of the phone tree when you try and call the restaurant is to say the words food poisoning. Then the phone tree sends you to the restaurant. They still don't answer. Absolutely unbelievable the level of incompetence. Orders are always wrong and not interested in making them right. Stay away.

I know they have a real bad rating. And I'm guessing that it's because they're real busy. But they were very attentive, very nice and kept Going Out to do cleaning. Still things were a little messy. But I had an excellent visit.

Of all the chipotles I've had, this is probably the worst, and the price keeps going up. It's not the same quality of food that they used to have.
My son picked an order up tonight from this location and they forgot the queso, guacamole and chips but charged for all of it. He had to drive back there after coming all the way home and they did not even reimburse him for the food they left out or provide fresh replacements or even a discount. I have tried calling but just get a voicemail.

Unfriendly staff… seemed like they don’t want to be there. I arrived early to pickup a phone order and the lady making those wishes there weren’t so many phone orders and was mad I arrive early. And they tell me they are out of chocolate milk and fruit that we ordered.Vegetarian options: Just some grilled veggies

They never have anything when I come here always out of dressing sour cream cheese it makes no sense every time I come! Then I paid for double protein and got a burrito full of rice and like 5 pieces of steak! I want my $23 back chipotle is a scam!
