My last 5 visits have been exceptional. Place was clean every time. I have been getting good size portions. Compared to other chipotle restaurants, this one seems to be the cleanest.

Today at lunch I had fast, friendly service. The meat was really fresh, and the portion size in the bowl will fill me for 2 meals. They were staffed-up.
everytime i come to this location, i sit in the mobile line for over 30 minutes and they have horrible customer service, doesn't apologize for the wait and even speak to me. the food is always terrible and it's my only 3rd time coming but definitely the last.

Tonight I went in this restaurant at 8:45 est standard time. I was told they was out of white rice, pinto beans, and onions and peppers. Then I asked for steak and the guy put half a spoon of it. Then when I asked for more I was told it would be double so it’s almost 1 1/2 hours before closing and seemingly like the entire staff was ready to go home and basically doesn’t care about actual operational hours of a business. As a business owner myself it’s disappointing that the customer that pays your salary is treated poorly and basically rushed out of the business so you can finish cleaning up when almost 2 hours left of being open

I use to have chipotle many time, but on thanksgiving day, one+one free, but no cheese,latus and quantity is so less, I am sock, quality was not that good

amazing!! today they had their bogo entree deal and the line was so long but the employees were doing great at moving the line through and keeping ingredients stocked. everyone working tonight was on top of everything!!

It was quick and easy to order. He got my bowl put together fast and I didn’t have to wait at all. No line either. I got a steak bowl with chips on the side. The chips were great and the ingredients were very good with the correct temps. My only negative is the way the steak is cooked. I’ll get some pieces that are right at medium and very tender. I usually order medium rare when I order a steak elsewhere, but in the burrito bowl, medium is perfect. However, there’s still a lot of pieces that are well done and chewy/tough. Outside of those bites, everything else was great.

This location is 100 times better than the Other Indian land location. The manager is here are super awesome and relatable and keep the store up to extremely high standards. Also, all of the employees are always respectful, and this is the only location I’ll go to

This location is a customer service disaster. They open at 10:45. I arrived a few minutes before 11:00. Employees inside noticed me going between the two locked doors and ignored me. Finally some young man comes to the door and tells me they open at 11:00. I showed him it’s now 11:00 and their sign says they open at 10:45. He told me they’re not ready and I asked when he said maybe 5 minutes. He did offer for me to come inside to wait, I declined and went back to my car. After that 3 more customers come and were met by the locked doors and indifference from the employees, left to stand outside in 90 degree heat. Finally at 11:13 we all left. Another gentleman waiting said that this has happened at this location before. Heads up Chipotle - the proper way to handle this situation is to unlock the doors at opening time and when customers enter apologize that you’re running behind and ask them to have a seat. To completely disregard your customers and treat them like cattle waiting at the gate is the heighth of disrespect. You get ZERO stars Chipotle.
