Horrible. Got a kids meal came with 2 sides only… got a bag of chips with 3 CHIPS lady was rude when I was trying to order. Will never come back to this location always a bad experience

This location is a customer service disaster. They open at 10:45. I arrived a few minutes before 11:00. Employees inside noticed me going between the two locked doors and ignored me. Finally some young man comes to the door and tells me they open at 11:00. I showed him it’s now 11:00 and their sign says they open at 10:45. He told me they’re not ready and I asked when he said maybe 5 minutes. He did offer for me to come inside to wait, I declined and went back to my car. After that 3 more customers come and were met by the locked doors and indifference from the employees, left to stand outside in 90 degree heat. Finally at 11:13 we all left. Another gentleman waiting said that this has happened at this location before. Heads up Chipotle - the proper way to handle this situation is to unlock the doors at opening time and when customers enter apologize that you’re running behind and ask them to have a seat. To completely disregard your customers and treat them like cattle waiting at the gate is the heighth of disrespect. You get ZERO stars Chipotle.

This Chipotle location is awful! With a menu as simple as Chipotle’s, it’s hard to mess up an order, right? Wrong. My first experience was an online order. I picked up the order, got home and realized 3 of the toppings were missing. I returned only to be told the reason the items were missing is because they had ran out of them. Seriously. The employee wasn’t apologetic and was unfazed…like perhaps it’s something they do all the time…slip half made burrito bowls into customers’ bags, that is. I should have learned my lesson but gave the place another chance. I ordered a bowl with honey chipotle chicken. The chicken on the line had almost run out and looked a bit dry. I asked the employee if the chicken was fresh. She said, “I don’t know, I just got here,” and stared at me like I was boring her. Mind you, a staff member was less than 10ft away, cooking chicken. I didn’t have the energy to argue, I was hungry, and in a hurry so I just went with it. I took it to go and it was terrible. I’ll never eat here again.
However, my daughter ordered from there tonight and paid for guacamole on the side. When she got home, no guacamole.
To make matters worse about this location is that some of the employees need training in customer service. When a customer walks up to the counter, they should be greeted or at least acknowledged. Both times I went inside, I had to get someone’s attention to help me even though several of them were near the counter shooting the breeze. Pathetic.

We have ordered from this chipotle for pick up 3 times. They have messed up at least 1 person each time. The food is good if they don't mess up your order.

I'm getting so tired of being ripped off when ordering from doordash. My wife's tacos hardly almost zero filling in them. A dash and I mean a dash of sour cream and like 2 little squares of lettuce and four pieces of meat. Ridiculous.
The bowl that I ordered with extra meat was missing the lettuce and there for sure was no extras meat in it. I'm sure you guys do this on purpose. Get better.

This Chipotle was pretty bad. They were out of many things and there was no one cooking. The floor and tables were dirty. The drink station was bad. All the reviews seem to say the same thing. Corporate needs to take action.

We could have ordered at a sit down restaurant for the price we paid. $35 for 2 entrees and a drink. It was our first time there and there is an additional charge of $1.75 for each queso and around $4 for each Guacamole, which we didn't know about. According to the menu salad bowls include guac and queso in the cost. We were looking for some keto friendly options and the server had no idea what we were talking about like she had never heard the word 'keto' before. For someone who has never been in the restaurant it is confusing as the menu is so basic and doesn't tell any information about each entree and what is included. The server went to the kitchen and brought back a menu card with 2 keto friendly options listed. We felt like we had no time to ask about keto options because there were ppl behind us in line. The server did not look interested in being there. She just said that ppl just come to the counter and tell her what they want in their order but other than that she did not know anything. My husband refused to order because of the service and how complicated everything was becoming so I just ordered for 2 out of the 3 of us. Probably our first and last time at Chipotle.
Also Chipotle is suppose to offer a lime cauliflower rice. I asked about that option and the server said that they NEVER have that. She said I must be thinking of some other restaurant she mentioned that I never heard of. Ppl are paying premium fast food prices to have healthier options and the things they advertise are not even available in their store.

We usually like to go to chipotle because we eat a plant strong diet. This Chipotle consistently is always out of the vegetables. Can’t get a veggie burrito or bowl without veggies! Never again.

I’ve had enough bad experiences with this location to finally leave a review. This latest one takes the cake. I ordered a salad for drive-thru pickup, only to find that it had NO lettuce—how is that even possible for a salad? On top of that, I ordered chips and salsa but only got the salsa.
This isn’t the first time - it’s rare for this location to have ingredients in stock or get your order correct.
Edit to add: today I decided to give it another try. I ordered a quesadilla with rice, salsa and sour cream. Upon dipping my quesadilla into the south cream, I noticed something really hard in the sour cream. It was rice…. They accidentally put rice in the sour cream slot and then covered the top of the rice in sour cream to cover it up

What started off as fairly decent, has devolved into inconsistent and poorly prepared food. I almost always have issues in some form or fashion with what I order. It's to the point where they don't even give actual refunds, just compensation offers. On one order, they gave me the completely wrong person's order and all they did was shrug their shoulders. On my latest order, they did not include over 50% of what was in my chicken bowl period as compensation they offered me a free drink.
