I usually choose to go to the one that's further away from my house. This location is usually low on one of their meats causing a longer wait time. The last three times I chose to go to this location out of convenience (mobile or delivery) they've gotten my order wrong. Every mobile order I've ever placed with them they have not put in the queso either on the item or in the bag. Overall just a bad experience.

Meat servings are a joke there, even when you pay for extra meat. Calling them out while they make your food doesn't change much. They might add a quarter scoop more. I've included a pic of what's supposed to be a steak and chicken burrito that I paid for double meat.

i usually love chipotle but today i got a cheese quesadilla and it turned out cold and the cheese didn’t even melt… very disappointed

Slow service. Employees just standing around. No teamwork to help customers get in and out. We sat outside to eat and we noticed they locked the doors, turning customers away saying they were understaffed. I wouldn't say they were busy either. This was also a Saturday afternoon. If I was the owner I'd be mad because that is money being turned away!!

This place is hit or miss. I use the chipotlelane exclusively. This is the 3rd time waiting over 30 mins with a pack line of cars. They must be understaffed.

My second time at this location. . They Ran out of protein , Chicken and steak.. When I asked for more steak they just looked at me , But it still managed to cost 34.00 for 2 bowls. The servers were either new or incompentant . This location used to be great but will not return .

Food is decent. They are out of certain items at times I visit. The soda machine area is always a wreck and sticky. But we try to overlook some of those things and assume they might just be short staffed or big rush.

First time they ran out of chips and got no refund, this time they just forgot the chips after I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru, DO NIT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS AWFUL

We went to this location at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. They were out of black beans, corn and queso. The few peppers and onions that were left were well overcooked. Guacolmole had enough for maybe another person or two. Several of the meat selections were down to barely any left. The chips were stale and the food was lukewarm at best after the less than 2 mile drive home. The attitude of the staff was as if they didn’t care and had no intention of making more food to get through the hours left of being open. Pretty disappointing for a fairly new establishment.

The place has gone downhill big time. Service is the worst. Employees don't want to be there. Counters are dirty ALL THE TIME. Now I have to find yet another chipotle because all the ones in this area of Fort Mill SC are the worst.

Food wasn’t bad but the restaurant itself was a mess. Plenty of staff, but almost every table was dirty. On the way out the staff were talking about the “pigs” in the parking lot (referring to the two state troopers that they then pointed to). As someone with family who are first responders, I found the conversation disgusting and just topped off the bad environment.
