Rude lady did not acknowledge us. Called out the name and halfway closed the box and just walked away! So so rude. Would rather drive to Rea Road next time.

The girls did a great job. The cookies are perfect and the store was really neat a clean. This store is doing a great job. Big improvement from years past. Very impressed! I've been coming weekly and it's been consistent so I'm very impressed.

I rarely ever write reviews, but the customer service at this Crumbl Cookie location was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered the Cookies & Cream cocoa mousse cups and purchased six of them, paying extra, only to discover that every single one contained mint. There was no mention anywhere on the website or app that mint was an ingredient. In fact, not a single cookie currently listed on the website states that it contains mint. To make matters worse, my daughter is allergic to mint. While she is not anaphylactic, she is still allergic when mint is ingested, which it was. After eating it, her mouth became extremely itchy. Thankfully nothing more serious occurred, but it was frightening and completely avoidable had the ingredient been properly disclosed.
When I called the store, the employee who answered tried to be helpful, but the manager, Michelle, told them to let me know that they would only remake one cup and that the rest were “too bad.” I explained that I spent nearly $70 total on cookies and these mousse cups (which were part of a 12-pack, even though they aren’t cookies), and I was being told to throw six full cups straight into the garbage. I overheard one employee telling the other employee that she believes with the Christmas holiday coming up that they accidentally put the mint chocolate mix into the Oreo mousse cups . There was no real apology, no accountability, and no effort to correct their mistake. After reading other Google reviews, it’s clear this location is known for horrible customer service.
Please spare me the generic, copy-and-paste response telling me to “call the store and we’ll make it right.” That was already done, and they absolutely will not. I don’t need a scripted reply or follow-up—I simply want others to be aware. I will never return to this location, no matter how much I want a cookie, and I will be telling friends to avoid it.

I had a really disappointing experience with this location. I placed an order through the Crumbl app at 7:26 PM to have cookies delivered to my best friend in North Carolina after her family experienced a loss. The delivery estimate was one hour, but nothing arrived.
When I called the store around 8:55 PM, the employee told me my order had been sitting there because a DoorDash driver never showed up and that I needed to contact DoorDash—even though I ordered directly through Crumbl. I asked for a refund and was told it would be in my account “within a few minutes.”
After waiting 45 more minutes, I called again to see if I could just get store credit and reorder. The employee cut me off, said she talked to her manager, and claimed they couldn’t find my transaction and would “try again Monday morning.” She then hung up on me.
I tried calling back multiple times, even using different numbers, and all calls went straight to voicemail.
This whole situation was extremely frustrating, especially given the reason for my order. Poor communication, no accountability, and extremely unprofessional service. I hope this location improves how they handle situations like this.
