I have tried this Dunkin several times,in hopes of the service getting better. The employees are not always friendly and when it comes to the food, several times I have been given cold (hot) coffee and old doughnuts. Service has definitely changed and I don't plan on going to this location anymore.

We order coffee several times a month from this store, and the employees don't greet you when you come in, they don't say thank you or anything. No acknowledgement whatsoever. You try to speak to them and they basically ignore you. Going to have to find somewhere else.

Ordered 4 dozen donuts and 2 coffee boxes this week to pick up on Saturday morning for our event. All was ready and perfect with our order!! Will be ordering again, Ty!!!!

The worst Dunkin ever. Nasty staff and they can't get things right either. Ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, and they screwed up other things too but this actually mattered. Handed it to us, I looked at it, it didn't say almond, it was regular milk. Refused to take it back because I had held it in the car. But even if I had started drinking it and realized, it's still their screw up not mine. I couldn't drink it or I'd be really sick, but the employee was confrontational and then the manager started yelling at us saying it doesn't matter if they put in the incorrect milk, we took it so they cannot take it back and remake or give a refund. That's insane. They need to hire entirely new staff. I see others have had similar issues there too.

This is the 4th time I’ve come to this location around 7pm with my kiddo to grab icecream and they’ve been closed. I specifically checked the closing time online before I drove here because this has happened before and low and behold, I have an upset child because it’s once again closed despite what it says on the door (8pm) - all lights are on, place looks fully open inside, even the drive thru cameras inside are still on but the doors are locked. I am not one to complain or ever write negative reviews but I’m just putting this out there so you can update your closing time online and on the door because as I was leaving other people said “they’re already closed?” And left as well… definitely should be brought to someone’s attention.

I have had two interactions with the same dunkin worker who has put milk in my coffee when asked for almond milk. She’s done this twice, when confronted about it the first time… she said “no I did not put almond milk in” and then re made my drink. A little ridiculous.

The staff I've encountered are super friendly. I love the matcha and the iced caramel coffee here! Sometimes it does taste like dirty creek water, but when the coffee is made right it's absolutely incredible. During the busier times, it will take a while for your drink to come, but that's to be expected, so make sure you plan ahead. Lastly, dunkin is known for their donuts, but they are not my favourite.

We sat at the window for a good 20 minutes just for them to forget a whole drink and donut, giving us a flavor we didn’t order.
