This store was great during Covid. Ever since then. I’m not sure what happened. My coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee it tastes like creek water. I ask them to remake it since I only took one sip off the top and they try and charge me for another one 😂 bye

Came in order hot pumpkin spice latter and hot chai tea. Got iced of both. Ordered omelets bites and bagel bites. After waiting 10 mins and getting wrong drinks I had to ask where my food was. All those who ordered after me had gotten their food and left. They finally put my food in after I had to ask. Terrible experience. If they didn’t mess everything single part of my order up I would have tossed it up to a bad morning but this is poor service and clear lack of attention to detail.

I’ve pre-ordered from a lot of Dunkin’s for events. These guys were the first to ever have already prepped and ready for pick-up at the time I said I’d be in!! Will definitely use them to pre-orders in the future.

I have tried this Dunkin several times,in hopes of the service getting better. The employees are not always friendly and when it comes to the food, several times I have been given cold (hot) coffee and old doughnuts. Service has definitely changed and I don't plan on going to this location anymore.

We order coffee several times a month from this store, and the employees don't greet you when you come in, they don't say thank you or anything. No acknowledgement whatsoever. You try to speak to them and they basically ignore you. Going to have to find somewhere else.
