Couldn't follow a simple cream cheese on a bagle not toasted order.Qas given a toasted bagel an cmcrrsm cheese on the side after was asked twice and then had to tell the another employee who was making it.Was wrong up for more then what we ordered. Horrible service.

They tried forcing an a frozen mocha on me that wasn't made right I think it was ,Carmel it was so light, instead of saying they'd make it over I had to ask for a refund. I will NOTbe going back. They didn't even care. They need to be trained better to get order correct. I guess Starbucks it is. McDonald's frappe taste better than that looked and they makeit as I request .

We usually go to Starbucks but tried this Dunkin location today & we loved it! Our beverages were delicious & the drive thru line moved fast! The staff was great too! We'll definitely be back!

EVERYONE here at this location is ALWAYS very nice & respectful. Management does a very good job handling everything. IF something is wrong they fix it no questions asked... my favorite drink tastes AMAZING again & I just want to Thank you to all of you at this location for always going above & beyond to take care of your customers... you're AWESOME!!!

i was waiting at the window for over 12 minutes. nobody came to even take our payment. nobody came to help and when they did it was an younger women that have is nothing but attitude. no apology. there were multiple people we could see inside but nobody came to help. they continued taking orders through the drive through until multiple people started honking at us to move ahead but we couldn’t because of the horrendous service.

The milkshake maker did not work. Wanted to get a hot fudge sundae, they could not get the hot fudge machine to work. So then I settled for an ice cream cone , just a basic butter pecan and they didn’t have that. So I finally just ended up with another flavor. Doubt that I’ll go back to this location..
This is your run of the mill DD in a shopping center. There's a drive through which makes it convenient. I came for an afternoon pick me up. Tyler was sooo sweet! He was quick and friendly and offered the best service. I'd go back just to see him again. Thanks Tyler!!
