Always consistent and have very clean restaurant! Shakes are great! Have big selection of soft drinks and a large fry will feed a family! Great place to go for good food and good service!

The burgers don't look aesthetically pleasing at all, they look like they were crushed with a press or someone has chewed them. In this restaurant you order online and you constantly wait 15-20 minutes, and this is despite the fact that the restaurant is without customers

I had an issue with the mobile ordering. My order was placed twice. Went into the restaurant, they did not hesitate to credit it back and took great care of me. Manager is exceptionally nice and food was great as it always is from this location. I go here at least once a week and the food is always good and the customer service is great.
Freezing cold. Even the staff will tell you go to the bathroom to warm up. Not pleasant atmosphere to eat in the staff friendly food ridiculously overpriced. I bought for three kids and it cost me $60.

Big decline on the quality of food for the price you pay for the food. I am from California home of five guys. That being said this food quality at this location is super poor in the quality and amount of food you get. It used to not be this way. The cheese burger I got was flat squished flat no mayonnaise ketchup or tomatoes or onions nothing but meat and cheese. This location was dirty looking run down. Service was more of that they don’t want you to dine there but grab your sack of food then leave. I asked two times that my meal was to dine in and not take out and my meal was still thrown in a paper sack to go. when I mention to the same employee he put my meal in a bag and not on a tray to dine in the restaurant he tells me “oh it’s all the same”??!! Another words employee didn’t care what I said he was going to do what he wanted not what I asked which was a tray to eat there. Burger was completely flat nothing in it but the meat and cheese no mayo no mustard ketchup onions pickles nothing! Fries are 5.00 dollars for a small fry!! Plain cheeseburger is 11.00 dollars! No drink no fries just the burger. It was a sad example of a burger also. Never again going to pay 17.00 dollars for a burger and shake. Going to Wendy’s or the other hamburger place from Santa Barbara. You can tell this place looks like it will be shutting down in 6 months just by how dead it was in there and how dirty and neglected. Staff didn’t care at all

I can't say the burger wasn't worth 18 dollars, but I can tell you, i can't afford it! That's the burger with no drink or fry. Obviously i didn't need a fry with the size of the burger, but I did choke on it because I was afraid of how much the total would be with a drink. I hope the workers are paid over 16 per hour for what they are charing.
