I can't say the burger wasn't worth 18 dollars, but I can tell you, i can't afford it! That's the burger with no drink or fry. Obviously i didn't need a fry with the size of the burger, but I did choke on it because I was afraid of how much the total would be with a drink. I hope the workers are paid over 16 per hour for what they are charing.

It was the worst service ever .People that doesnt know to work properly .People that doesnt know howe to give u an answer about service.The Food was thrown inside of a bag like a bunsh of buggs .The chips were soft and tasteles.Im sorry but this place its THE WORST.I return all the food back

Mess the order.up 3 times before we received the food The worst park was that they touched it over and over by 3 people then wanted us to eat it. Yuck Never.been bad. I would say management is responsible.

I have ordered online several times and they always wait to drop the fries at the designated pickup time, causing a wait time which could easily could be avoided. I don't want to wait, which is why I order online. Just want to pickup my food at the posted pickup time and go. When placing an online order, the pickup time is posted 30 minutes after the order is received, more than enough time to cook the fries. I don't care if my fries are piping hot when I pick them up. I would rather have my order ready to go when I arrive and the fries be cold. Maybe the answer is to not order fries or just go elsewhere.
I was very happy with the service and with a smile. And I like walking into people with smiles. It makes the place very friendly and while it was very clean. We just opened one in Rochester. New, you are, so thank you Mr. Bill.
