Placed an online order for curbside delivery. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes later than the order was scheduled to be ready for pickup.
I use the app to let the team know that I was outside ready for curbside delivery.
After sitting in my car for 10-12 minutes without anyone coming out of the store I decided to enter.
There was a person at the register, a person making sandwiches and two people in the back standing there speaking to each other.
When I gave the information about the order I was there to pick up to the young lady behind the register she reached up onto a shelf and handed me the order.
It was obviously ready for a long period of time and was just sitting on the shelf with no one paying attention to the fact that I was outside waiting for the curbside delivery.
Don't know if this is a failure on the technology side or on the staff just not being attentive.

Jersey Mike's Subs continues to be a good Sandwich place. The sandwiches were made to order. I tried the Classic Pastrami it was better than I thought. Looking forward to my next visit.

My boyfriend and I went in today to get 2 subs for a NASCAR race. Unfortunately I cannot remember the guy who helped us but he was super nice and made our sandwiches perfect. When we were there we thought he was writing the number of the sub we got on our subs. When we got home we found out that he wrote “his” and “hers” on our subs instead. We both thought it was super sweet and wanted to thank him!

As much as I love Jersey Mike's this is the first time ive ever felt like this company dies not like black people. I came in to order a 16.00 sub only to have the young lady to use a wet rag on the surface where the second young lady was working on my sub. I tried to explain to both the girls that's very creepy as we don't know where that rag has been a d I don't want my bread touching it. They just shrugged there shoulders and gave me that I don't like black people stare. If you are African American this is not the jersey Mike's to come to! I have never experienced such rude condescending behavior ever. On top of that the young lady that was making my sub stated you can write what you want to write there not going to do anything about it anyway. Again If you are African American rjis is not the jersey Mike's for you!!!@

I prefer the subs here over all the other chains. Always a lot of meat. Fortunately I checked the sandwiches before I left because one sandwich was missing the lettuce and tomatoes I asked for. No big deal, I’m used to QSRs mis-making or forgetting items. I wish it weren’t so, but that’s what we have to deal with these days.

The lady went to give me the order (after I gave her my name) and the manager (?) who was mopping, loudly announces, "CHECK AND MAKE SURE IT'S HER!" That seemed a little extreme and could have been done a little more discreetly. Embarrassed me and I'm sure the employee who was taking care of me.
