I prefer the subs here over all the other chains. Always a lot of meat. Fortunately I checked the sandwiches before I left because one sandwich was missing the lettuce and tomatoes I asked for. No big deal, I’m used to QSRs mis-making or forgetting items. I wish it weren’t so, but that’s what we have to deal with these days.

I love Jersey Mike's. I placed an online order through Door Dash, and came to pick it up. The lady went to give me the order (after I gave her my name) and the manager (?) who was mopping, loudly announces, "CHECK AND MAKE SURE IT'S HER!" That seemed a little extreme and could have been done a little more discreetly. Embarrassed me and I'm sure the employee who was taking care of me.

i am giving this place 2 stars (better be glad you got an extra) anyways i just wanted a yummy delicious ham and cheese sandwich yes it's basic but no need for the whole restaurant to judge like excuse me i just wanted a ham and cheese sandwich anyways only got another star because your sandwich was amazing but i did not have to be judged for my order. being stared at like i'm d*** like i was the easiest order you had all day

If the 8 and 1/2 is all over tik Tok and I drive 30minutes out of my way just to get it….then I show u, and the young girl still wants to argue me down. Didn’t ask well what is it or anything!!! Smh…Just go to Publix and get your sandwich

Today I had a craving for a sub sandwich and I am new to the Indian land area. So I googled what was nearby and to tell you the truth I have never been to Jersey Mike’s subs before. Their pictures look amazing online so I figured you know I’m just gonna go get a turkey sandwich just something basic just a start with since it’s my first time. So upon arrival I was greeted and the young man that took my order asked about how my day was going and he was genuinely just interested in the customer and it wasn’t just me it was people before me and after me that he just had conversations with with a genuine smile. I’ve been to another popular sandwich places where they never ask me about my day, they just slap items on a piece of bread and called it a day very quick and cold. Not only was the service just amazing but my sandwich I have never seen so much turkey piled up so high! They were not stingy at all. Let me tell you that was the juiciest sandwich I have had in a very very long time and I am now a Jersey Mike’s subs fan.
