First time there this evening. Add a young man named Cooper who served us. He was absolutely awesome. The food was great I have no complaints I suggest if you need some great barbecue why don't you go try these guys out. It was the best first experience I had in going to a restaurant in a good 5 years.

On 09/28/2024 I went with my family to celebrate my birthday, but we left disappointed by the attention we received from the girl who served us. I felt racism on her part, my husband is American, I am Latina and our children are Americans of Latin descent, but the girl used to ask her not to bring something, she would take until my husband reminded her and then she would bring it immediately. The truth is that we left disappointed. I clarify that the food is excellent but the service we received was terrible

Waited 40 minutes for my food ... And it was cold my Mac and cheese was solid again. I had to tell the takeout people 5 times my name and to 3 different people. When I finally got my food they asked me if my last name was Dabbs. Looking at their receipts they put a staple through the name so if that is why it took so long because they couldn't read then I'm shocked. I have been to this Jim and Nicks several times before never been this bad. I was extremely disappointed.

It was absolutely amazing!!! I can’t say I have a better bbq experience anywhere else. Customer service, atmosphere, food (delicious) was amazing. I had the ribs, collard greens, Mac n cheese and coleslaw and cheese biscuits. Wow 5 stars. Please go if you like bbq!!! I also thought I didn’t get all the items I ordered the staff/manager was so gracious. I had to call back and apologize because I found the items. Must try!
Went on Thursday night, not very busy. Good service, we really wanted the devil eggs, but they were out. We had the smoked wings, Alabama white sauce, and wings had good flavor. We shared a plate of brisket, carolina pork, and Jalapeno cheddar sausage with Mac and Cheese and Potato Salad. The baked potato was huge, a little pricey at 6.99.
