Looks like have shut down. There's a realtor type of lock on the front door. No notification signs. Stuff piled up inside.

Store door was wide open, no one to take care of the customers, the store was out of absolutely everything, 10 minutes later a young guy (very nice) showed up, but unfortunately there was barely anything to offer.Is this store going out of business?

Stay away from this location!!! The past (2) times I was there they were out of 1/2 the toppings I wanted on my sandwich. The manager or owner was an adult and screaming at the (3) employees all of which appeared to be high school students. They are plenty of negative reviews on this location on a local Facebeook neighborhood page. I will NOT be back!!!

This location is by far the worst Jimmy Johns. In October, I placed a mobile order totaling nearly $100. They called me to say they were out of ingredients needed for our order and they had to cancel it. They said my account would be refunded and it’s been over a month and I cannot get in touch with anyone remotely helpful about my refund. They will never get our business again.

1 only because ZERO is not an option. No one up front, waited about 4-5 minutes. Heard a male say there were people up front and a female say she "didn't care".They both should be fired, but likely won't. This location has always been poor. 2.9 stars for a reason.

We have gone here a number of times. It will be awhile til we go back. A company promoting fresh bread shouldn't sell stale bread like this. They also skipped lettuce, cucumber, and avocado on a vegetarian sub. Why bother?

This location is a joke with a capital J. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and tried ordering from here several times. Every time the order is incorrect. The staff are unfriendly and act like you're inconveniencing them when ordering food and oftentimes don't even look presentable as food service workers.The restaurant looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned for months. Our cold sandwiches were room temperature, they were out of some foods, there was no ice in the soda machine, no lids on the Tea dispensers. I actually thought twice about even eating the sandwich due to the uncleanliness of the facility, but it seemed like a waste after spending $35 for 2 sandwiches and drinks.The franchise owner should be ashamed of the state of their restaurant. I've submitted a complaint to the SC DHEC, hopefully this place gets their act together.

This place gets 2 stars as the employees are real helpful & frankly service good but struggle to satisfy customers requests. The day we were there for late lunch they didn't have any beef sliced so I went for a Wrap but they were out of wraps. Then I asked for pickles on my Tuscan Sandwich but they were out of pickles. Looking to surprise my wife I was going to buy a cookie but they were out of all cookies. I also found out they were out of Parmesan Cheese and would it be ok to have Provolone Cheese instead? I mentioned it was kind of hot inside so I asked the person if they should turn up the AC but was told it didn't work!! This is probably the worst managed sub shop I have ever experienced. Certainly not the norm for Jimmy John's!!I finally asked how long had this place been around and was told 5 years which really was astounding since it was out of the normal staples needed to be a good place.

Horrible place. Placed an order ahead of time, walked in and the lady was high! Had nothing made and they never had any turkey!

Unfortunately, this place has continually decreased in service and atmosphere each time we come. Staff, while apologetic, are untrained to deal with customer situations and professionalism. We went in and half the lights were off and no ac on. The staff continued to complain about the job and how difficult it is…would not recommend anyone wasting 20+ minutes waiting for a sandwich.

This place needs to be checked for food safety. Pickup order had old hardened cheese and brown salami. They got 2 out of 3 of our subs wrong.This all happened after having to wait past open to get in as we were told the store opener was in the bathroom.After we got home and realized the food was inedible, we called asking for a refund. Julien, the shift manager was rude and inconsiderate.We'll never be back.
