Moe's Southwest Grill

The quality at this restaurant has diminished drastically. Why is the steak sitting in water/juice? And it has absolutely no flavor. Horrible! Also, the rock and roll hot sauce is not hot and lacks any flavor. Although this location is closer, I'll continue to go to the one on east blvd. The employees here aren't even friendly here. I've been coming to moes for over 15 years (overall) and the quality continues to decline. The steak has changed 3 or 4 times, each time getting worse. This, by far has been the worst experience. The food was just nasty. Steak sitting in all that juice/ water is a huge no no!

The girl with the piercings that served me was extremely rude.. she made me feel rushed and acted like I was a nuisance and like I was inconveniencing her by asking her if she could show me the different sizes of the tortillas (I dont have much money a the moment and I wanted to see if a kid’s burrito would be better because I cant eat much) when I sat down to eat I overheard her telling another employee very loudly that I asked her to show me the different sizes of the burrito and was annoyed by that. Ive been working in customer service for a few years and its not that hard to just let small stuff go. Im never eating at this location again..

Spice level can be customized from very low, all the way up to Indian spice level!

This is an overall good Moe's location. I probably visit once to twice a month and usually have a good experience. Tables probably need to be cleaned more often.

Make sure to tell big foot with glasses to be respectful. I understand that you need to clean up and stuff. But dont have an attitude and mumble stuff under your lip cause im trying to pick an delivery order!!! That really pissed me off.

I was really looking forward to trying Moe’s, but unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. I ordered a Stack and nachos, and the Stack was mostly filled with rice and beans, with barely a teaspoon of chicken. The adobo chicken itself had a rubbery texture, which made it unappetizing.

The cheese sauce was overly thick, and the chips lacked salt and flavor. On top of that, the salsa had an overpowering garlic taste that threw off the balance.

Overall, the meal fell far short of expectations. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the quality for future customers.

Went in around 11am expecting a delicious Monday burrito special with my 2 kids and a busy restaurant but found one other guest and bitter disappointment. Apparently you have to have an app to get the Monday special or any special as explained. Guess what, I have been a loyal patron to the uptown location for 10 years but due to corporate change to require an app for any specials, I'm done. I DON'T WANT ANY APP ON MY PHONE TO GET A SPECIAL!!! I'm sure I'm not the only one. I will go elsewhere so thanks but no thanks Moe's.

Stood waiting for at least 20 mins only to be ignored while staff completed to-go orders instead of taking our order. Never was acknowledged and there wasn’t a long line so no reason they couldn’t get us our food then resume the to go orders. Horrible service. Do better.
