Confusing menu.
New register help everytime.
Empty at dinner time.
People NOT eating but napping.

Wow this place is a joke. They just throw bread in a dirty bag- same with the spoon. A tiny sandwich and side of soup was almost $20- AND, how do you always run out of bread bowls before 7pm? You're open until 9pm. This is so basic.

First time at this location and first time eating at Panera. Great experience! All well-maintained, clean. Excellent environment. Food hot and tasty.

I love Panera so much and had the sip club for years. This Panera is clean and the food is make quickly. Iced tea and good. I wish Panera had better espresso. But I like their drip coffee!

Good food But pricing

Second time trying this Panera and leaving upset. First time I came and ordered a sandwich and just asked for 1 thing to not be on it and that’s about the only topping they did put on even after I checked with them. Second time, ordered through the app and when it said it was ready, walked in and was given an EMPTY paper bag to say they are out. It shouldn’t be available on the app if it’s out of stock and secondly the attitude wasn’t needed when we were the ones inconvenienced. Usually Panera has great kind staff and I know the app isn’t 100% this locations fault but the other things could be avoided.

Just wanna know why this place is still in business. They should put something else here.

Unfortunately the quality of their food keeps going down hill but they still want a premium price for it

I would give negative if I could. They burned our kids grilled cheeee and said that’s the way they come. I said you should change the menu to show black and burned cheese then. They left out one of our soups and the manager was just nasty when I asked for them to remake the grilled cheese. Lesson learned stay far away from this Panera.

Overpriced carbs.
The place was absolutely filthy!

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, I drove up the road. Realized The cream cheese and a knife was missing. I went back to the store to ask for my cream cheese and knife and mentioned that my bagel was now cold. Instead of offering me a new one, the kid at the counter just said I assume it should be cold. Not the kind of service I expect from Panera

I had the pleasure of meeting Erin today. He was very nice. My food was good and I enjoyed it.
