10/23/2024 12:40 pm I had a terrible experience at the Panera Bread location in Indian Land. The woman at the drive-through was rude from the moment I spoke to her. She was a heavyset Hispanic lady who refused to accept my $100 bill, which was the only cash I had on me. My order was expensive , so the change should not have been an issue. Despite my attempts to explain, she simply said I wouldn't be getting my food because she couldn't accept my bill and slammed the window on. Frustrated, I went to Habit instead, where I received excellent service, found better prices, and they gladly accepted my $100 bill. It’s clear that Panera Bread’s customer service has declined significantly, and I won’t be returning. FYI Habit has lemon for your water ‘Panera came off rude that they never have lemon’

Asking for a bowl of “bacon mac & cheese”
But there is no bacon in this small cup!
Went to breakfast with a co worker. Put in my number for points and the cashier, Christopher, used my Sip Club drink to give my co worker a free drink. I only brought money enough with me to cover my breakfast so I'm sitting get watching my co worker drink my Sip Club drink. I guess that i can get a free water. Christopher did not ask to use my drink/points I explained that I hadn't wanted to use them on co worker, he refused to fix it and just told me that he gave them a free drink so it shouldn't matter. It does matter. I pay for the Sip Club and should be able to use it without the cashier unilaterally deciding to give it away to someone else. Will not be coming back to this location.

They are never open when they say they are. Ses like they just pick and choose when to close. The posted hours are wrong and even the website or when you call the recording is wrong. If you are going to close two hours before the posted time then you should update your hours.

Ordered a simple sandwich. This is what I got. Why does it look so sad :( Cold, pathetic and tasted stale. Never going back to this location again! Got ice tea and there was no sweetened ice tea either.

Ordered on app it said come to pick up in drive thru there was one car in drive thru took me 18 mins past my pick up time to get my food

This Panera is the best ever! The staff are super friendly and welcoming each time I go (which is basically every day). The new menu is very tasty as well. Great updates on there. I have tried a few already. My favorite is the Southwest Chicken Salad - definitely a keeper! The first impression can make or break a place with customers and they have a great group that works there. Keep up the good work!
