Pizza is much better. Especially Tuesday's. 😁
They don't seem to know how to make it well done. I will keep asking.

used to love the pizza here, however, on our last visit
We ate half of it there, I thought it tasted a bit odd, but just went with it.
We took the remainder home.
When re-heating, we found what looked like a wad of string , maybe Hairnet,
Who knows what it was, but ..YUCK !
Lucky we didn't get sick.

Food was good, but the appetizers we ordered was even better. Had calamari and shrimp & tostinos. They only have beer or wine there, just an FYI. Will go back and try the pizza and something else

We were intrigued by the questionable looking restaurant and needed to give it a try. The best test for an Italian restaurant is their spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered it with the Fra diavlo sauce. OMG! It was very spicy and delicious! Hubby had the Sicilian pasta. He planned to bring some home but could not stop eating. The servers were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is dark and cozy. We will make this our go-to Italian restaurant. I can’t wait to try all of the other dishes! And did I mention the prices? So reasonable.

Absolutely horrible service. After waiting about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at the door, we didn't even get greeted by our waitress until almost 15 minutes later. Took forever to even get waters, and our waitress didn't even ask for our order after all that time. When she finally came back with drink, another 10 minutes later, she snatched the menus from us and walked off.
Another 10 minutes later, we got a side salad and breadsticks thrown at us and she walked away without a word. Not sure why we're being treated this way, but this is not happening at any other tables. We even had to get our own waters out of the car, after waiting 30+ minutes with no refills.
After having worked every area of a restaurant, I understand that things get busy or you're maybe having an off day toward us, but we won't be back. Chloe totally ruined our dinner out after we have had no power since 6:45 am, and I was at the hospital today. Unacceptable.

Took the family here for dinner tonight and the food was awesome. Homemade food and not that frozen stuff like Olive Garden has.

Over the last few years Rizzo's has been a staple for my family.
Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the food has consistently been digressing.
A few nights ago I ordered dinner for my family.
Since we live close by, we don't often eat inside the restaurant, which is why the predominance of my experience has been with takeout.
With a main dish such as chicken parm or veal marsala a salad and pasta is offered as a side.
The salad comes in a small 5" styrofoam box. They should be embarrassed to serve a salad this tiny and this weekend's salad was worse than ever, as the lettuce in both of the salads we received was brown.
Previously, an order of chicken cutlet parmesan would be hardy enough for a decent dinner and a light lunch the following day.
The portion sizes have been reduced and the quality of the food has also fallen far below the standards experienced in previous years.
Over the past year my family has noticed the change in the quality of the food but this past weekend's dinner will be our final experience. I am not sure what happened but I am disappointed, Rizzo's was previously a place I could count on for some decent quality Italian food.

Absolutely horrible food. The owners cannot be Italian. I really don’t know how they’re still in business

We waited forever to be served. We saw people around us who came in AFTER us getting served food. My husband finally talked to a waitress and said we need someone to take our order. The food was pretty good and large servings.
