I visited Shomar’s for the first time in awhile and I wondered why I don’t dine here more often. The Indian Land location is really well managed. The staff is very personable, the restaurant is very clean and the food is excellent. Best fish sandwich around!

Been coming to this Showmars for a while now since it’s close to my work. Lately I’ve been ordering the World Famous Fish Sandwich! It’s my favorite by far. It holds a special place in the hearts and bellies of many Charlotte and Carolina residents. It’s made with wild-caught Alaskan Pollock, and this sandwich boasts a mild flavor, delicate texture, and lean, snowy-white meat, similar to cod. It’s an ample portion of fish. The Fish: It's sustainably sourced, battered, and fried to a satisfying crisp, resulting in a hot and flaky fillet.
The Bread: A warm, classic bun provides a soft and yielding contrast to the crispy fish.
The Sauce: Showmars' signature homemade tartar sauce adds a tangy and creamy element that complements the fish well.

Amazing Dine-in experience today! On 12/5, I was greeted with polite energy by Seth. Due to a previous mess-up on an online order, I expressed to Seth that I should have a credit for my meal. Tommy, the supervising manager, came over and immediately handled it with a smile on his face and no hesitation. However, the star of the review is Sheqca!! I watched Sheqca pack food orders, run food, get condiments and drinks, and continuously make sure that all customers were doing great and enjoying their meals; all with a smile on her face and great energy! Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! And despite the initial mix up, my food was fresh and tasted amazing! Thanks so much for the experience I had today!
