I do not recommend this location. The young man that runs the place is very rude. They do not know how to make sandwiches, way too much sauce, and they do not want to give toppings. This place used to be good under the prior management.

I don’t recommend going to this subway..the guy who packed subway was not giving respect towards food and just throwing the subway. And during packing, he didn’t listen to us and did very bad packing.This happen ed on Oct 1st around 8:30 PM. This guy is a young guy and didn’t behave properly with us.NEVER GO TO THIS

Placed a mobile order for pickup in 15 minutes. Still had to wait 20 extra minutes and the way under staff the place.

Quantity is less for what we paid. The sauces are on the edge of the sub, just stuck to the paper instead of staying in the sandwich. I ate a piece of full sauce soaked bread and then some dry bread.

HORRIBLE customer service from the employees. Clearly, whomever is the owner does not caring either, seeing that no one hasn’t even responded to the previous reviews to acknowledge customers/try to make things right.

We had 2 mobile orders from this store on the same night. This experience seems to mirror our last time there, which we were hoping it was a one-off. The 2 employees were the same ones as last time. Neither one has any customer service skills. Spoke very little to any of the customers, no appreciation for their patronage. Unfortunately, that is not my biggest complaint. The last several visits seems that the restaurant is making the sandwiches smaller and smaller. This is even more irritating, considering the sandwich I get is “The Monster” at almost $15. There is nothing monster about this sandwich. Premium price for a subpar sandwich that lacks enough meat. I can go to Firehouse subs for a better quality sandwich for a few dollars less and with more meat. I don’t know if this is a corporate thing that portion sizes are being reduced, or if this is just a cheap franchise owner looking to pad their profit margins. The other order for this evening was an “Ultimate BMT”. Again, nothing ultimate about it. There was so much lettuce hiding the fact that the meat portion was thinner than the cheese portion. Luckily, we had sandwich meat at the house and added extra to it. I am not sure if this is the same owners as the location that used to be in downtown Fort Mill, SC that is now closed, but it will see the same fate if they do not improve on customer service interactions, and the value for your money regarding their food. We quit going to the location that closed because of this very exact reason.

Tobacco smell on sandwiches. Kids working here on 24 august 2024 evening were definitely tobacco smokers and serving to customers without cleaning hands. Sandwich we’re testing full of terrible tobacco, Had to throw away.

BUYER BEWARE
I used to manage a subway and would have been appalled if my employees served a customer such a waste of money.
Almost NOTHING on the sandwiches. Several bites were literally JUST BREAD. I ordered two footlong flatbread veggies and feel like I was robbed.
I specifically asked for them to be toasted and they weren't AND they were made on the wrong side of the bread and missing SEVERAL of the ingredients ordered.
I'm a 120 lb female and I ate BOTH of them and was still hungry ... I will NEVER order from this location again.

The volume is very less comparing to any other shop.. She is behaving like giving it for free..we are paying money but she is not ready to keep regular veggies also.. not worth for money ?

How do you run a restaurant and constantly run out of the ingredients to make a sub? I ordered 2 subs on the app and when I got to the store I was told that they couldn’t make the other one. Why, because they ran out of chicken… how??? You could at least call the customer and ask them what else they want or tell them ahead of time. But no, you don’t. Then, I asked for a refund and DID NOT receive it and had to dispute the charge with my bank. Lesson of the day - Order here for bad service.
