The service was amazing my husband our daughter and myself went in and ordered 2 craving pack 1 supreme soft taco pack and when they got the order they did it with a smile on their faces unlike the previous taco bell we went to they didn't even want to take our order ??♀ so i will forever love this taco bell cause its the little things that Make a difference ?

The one who took the drive thru order was very rude .. does not have patience, I was trying to read my order on the screen making sure that she got it correctly and when I reach the window, she insists on the payment without listening to me.. and when I said be patient she shut up the window in a very rude way.. I asked for the manager, but nothing change as she said she is pregnant and I will talk to her!!!What is that customer service .. HORRIBLE

Went here at 8:30 on a Tuesday. Tried to open the door, and it was locked. As I looked in both of the workers inside turned to look at me, laughed, and then turned back around. Everything I can see says dining room is open.

Service is normally great here but whoever does inventory needs to do better. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell but it is very disappointing when locations do not have ingredients like nacho cheese especially when nacho fries are
Every time we’ve ever eaten here, there’s always one cashier doing their job and everyone else sucks. The girl working the drive through today was so swamped she forgot to give us sauce. We had to drive back through just to ask for sauce. They (her other coworkers) would not leave her alone so when we asked for sauce she also handed us a fork we did not ask for. Also the inside of the Taco Bell from what I saw when I was last in isnt sanitary. Sticky stuff everywhere on the dispensers for sauces (which are usually empty) napkins forks and spoons.. the food is good though. That’s it. The food is amazing and they made my burrito the best I’ve eaten in years.
***UPDATE*** After waiting for over a week I still have not been contacted by anyone and shows that the management is a joke at the establishment as well . I feel bad for the owner knowing that this poor performance is going on and they are unaware.Extremely disappointed with the condescending manager after ordering a new item and ordering an additional because the size was not filling and realized the second one was over twice the size and that my first one was missing ingredients. If my first order was correct (not knowing Because it was a new item) I would have not needed the additional order . The manager offered to refund the potatoes and told him with his smirk and condescending attitude that a review is more important at this point . Wouldn't love to speak to the general manager as this person lacks professional training
Closes before posted time of 2am. Have driving to this location multiple times and they close up before posted time with multiple people walking around inside.

hi guys i ordered a cheese quesadilla and i was SO excited like mouth-watering, tears-falling excited? but they didn’t even put the jalapeño sauce (the best part) and there was barely any cheese?? my heart is broken

Got the strawberry twist for my wife. The twist tasted like they were fried in old oil and had a terrible aftertaste. On the bright side they gave us another batch and it was a little better and they were very friendly doing it.
