I don’t have much experience with the peach cobbler factory’s neighbor but they are extremely friendly and always super helpful. I have brought my friends and family here all the time. I am obsessed with this place 😂. But I highly recommend this place. Very cute vibe outside seating. Very peaceful place to vibe and eat really good sweet treats.

This was my second time visiting, and it will be my last. My boyfriend and I came in on April 3rd around 3:00 PM, and the experience was unacceptable. He found hair in his banana pudding, and we immediately threw both of our desserts away.

I called the location to report it, and the employee who prepared our order showed little to no concern. The apology was dismissive, and there was no attempt to offer a refund or make things right.

This was a complete waste of time and money. Situations like this reflect a lack of basic hygiene standards. Hairnets should be worn, gloves should be changed regularly, and overall cleanliness needs to be taken seriously. Finding hair in food is unacceptable.

I brought my sister and brother into The Peach Cobbler Factory and we had a great experience. The front desk lady was extremely kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our order came out very promptly and everything was delicious.

I was visiting from out of town and spent close to 60.00. I had heard good things about this spot. Some other customers came in behind me and were served before before me. I understand that I had a large order but this was bad customer service and the optics were bad being that we were not the same race as the people placed before us. I will not spend my money here again

10/10 all across the board ! customer service is OUTSTANDING ! Rachel goes ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure you leave completely satisfied ! i highly recommend the sweet potato cobbler and the newyork cheesecake pudding ! 100/10 hands down !

Their strawberry banana pudding is AMAZING. Both the cashier and the cook were very nice and answered any questions I had.

This place is the best hands down! Rachel provides the best customer service and my cobbler is always made the way I like it! Im never disappointed! Love love love this place!!!

Friendly staff, delicious dessert, wide variety of baked goods

Try it. Try all of it. The peach cobbler, the strawberry cobbler, the strawberry peach cobbler, the churros...get them with ice cream and remind yourself why life is good. You will not regret it. This is seriously some of the best dessert I've had.
