If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I placed a pick up order on 03/17 paying over 30 dollars and redeeming points. I used the app to provide navigation details as I’m not located near this location and was here visiting. The apps navigation took me to a random neighborhood 15 minutes from the actual store. Very inconvenient. I digress. I get to the location only to find there is a makeshift sign on the door saying, “be back open at 4” and the door being locked. The app stated the store was open, it let me place my order perfectly fine. I call the store, of course no answer. I call after 4 when they are supposedly back open to an employee answering the phone and me telling him the situation to him responding, “uhhh yeah I wasn’t here I just showed up for my shift. I can write your name down and have my manager give you a call.” Very unprofessional also. A little aggravated because it shouldn’t take a manager to process a refund… but I say okay and wait for the call. An entire day goes by before I receive one and so I call again and an employee tells me that there is nothing regarding my name or number or to call but that I should be able to do it on the app, I say there’s not a way to do that. She then says she will take my name and number and have a manager call. I tell her that’s already been done and that I’d like to be contacted before the end of the next day. She then proceeds to tell me that her manager is a “very busy person” and will call when she can’t. This actually sent me through the roof indicating that no one at this location actually cares. I believe I called again during this time and an employee said the manager was at another location. At this point I was over it so I contacted corporate and they said they will process a refund and should be completed in a matter of days. I called again today and went to voicemail over 6 times. I still want to speak to the manager because I truly believe no one should be working or operating this location unless it undergoes serious training or the manager is essentially fired. Everything at this location truly, TRULY sucks.

I visited this location for the first time today to get a smoothie. The smoothie tasted great and was exactly what I was expecting. The two ladies running it were very friendly and it looked clean to me.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This is my first review ever but I had to. This is the worst restaurant ever. My food was inedible I had to throw it all out. I got the veggie wrap which had chicken and no hummus and was cold also got the kale slaw which had no dressing and was about a month old I had to spit it out. Im pretty sure this place will get you sick. the kid who made the food was wearing esrbuds and moving so slow as well. The place was so dirty as well. I have never spit my food out at a restaurant like. Also the floors ans tables were so dirty it was hard to eat there is felt dirty leaving there. This place should be shut down. 😒

I hope Manager can get back to me. This is very unsafe. The lettuce was completely rotted. You could not serve this kind of food. Salmonella and listeria poisoning that could happen wthere’s nothing regulating what you’re doing there and the two guys behind the counter are clueless if anything, just because it has a Best Buy date doesn’t mean you shouldn’t look at the food to be aware if it’s rotted or not this isn’t make any sense they need to have someone come check that restaurant as soon as possible
Dirty, my wrap wasn’t cook, the lettuce was rotten and the dressing tasted expired. Also, there was a big long blonde hair in my wrap. I had to throw the food.

I placed an order through the app. It was ready on time. The smoothie had the right amount of sweetness. The bowl was good too.
Vegetarian options: I believe all of the smoothies are vegetarian, and all smoothies might be dairy-free too.
Dietary restrictions: As far as I know, most of the smoothies are dairy free.
Parking: There’s limited parking spaces in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy a nice smoothie and wrap. It’s kid friendly.

I visited this location twice today. The first time for a Grubhub delivery, the second time was for lunch for myself. The woman working ALONE at lunch time was so awesome, her name was Dee.
I hope everyone shows her kindness today because she has been busy all afternoon! Definitely deserves some help and also a raise Tropical Smoothie Cafe! She is doing the job of at least 2 people.

Don't really know how to Rate Service or Food ordered thru app , door dash delivered half my order, I couldn't contact the driver because I had no driver info, I was told I can come pick my food up, I ended up getting a refund 2 hrs later on my lunch break

Closed on a Sunday at 5pm, no notice of anything on the front door. I guess this location’s manager likes to close whenever and is okay with making their customers waste gas for no reason ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’ve had friendly service and great food from here in the past. But recently grabbing my mobile to go order was very unpleasant. Rude girl behind the counter, salsa left out from my order. Maybe the employee had a bad day or something but don’t take it on me thanks!

Went in on a weeknight and the food was great but the service was absolutely horrible. Every time i’ve been in, there has been 2 people on their phones sitting in the lobby. When i walked in their i almost felt guilty for walking in there which i feel like i should never have felt in the first place.

Not impressed by this place. Went there last weekend (mid August) and tried to order a smoothie that had mangoes in it. They told me that they were out of mangoes. So I ended up asking for another drink that had watermelon in it. They said they were out of watermelon too. The guy explained further and said since it's the end of summer they are not stocking any of the tropical fruits. I looked at the menu and It felt like 10% of all the drinks had mangoes or water melon in it. I told them they should update the menu if they don't offer the drinks. He didn't seem interested. I ended up ordering some kind of berry drink and it felt it was watered down. I didn't finish the drink. My daughter ordered some kind of peanut butter power smoothie with a scoop of whey protein. She said it was too sweet and said she wouldn't recommend getting that next time.

This is the 4th time I’ve ordered a quesadilla from this location and they do not include the tomato salsa that’s supposed to come with it. I simply just don’t understand.
When I asked the employee for it before leaving, he said they don’t have any, sorry. And offered no substitutes. I’m excited for another dry quesadilla!
Smoothie tasted like a mouthful of bitter sugar. My food bag had someone else’s name and order on it.
I don’t even know why I keep giving additional chances here. Will not be back.
The Tega Cay location has much better quality and service.

Placed an order w/ the app. When I arrived 30 minutes later, the two smoothies were half water and separated. In addition the smoothies did not have lids that fit. I asked for a carrier and they didn’t have that. I explained that I was transporting them and needed lids to fit. They had no solution and didnt care. I asked for tape to secure the lids that didn’t fit and they didn’t have tape. Needless to say the drinks spilled all over the car on the way to nurses that had requested them.
To top it off, the no ranch ordered sandwich came with ranch. The chips in the bag were also wrong.
It wasn’t busy and I was the only customer. This is the last time I visit the Red Stone location. Customer Service at its worst. I rarely take the time to give reviews but this was a disaster.
