Wendy’s Really disappointed again. Chicken sandwich was just reheated and not fresh. Fries were cold. Unacceptable!

Ordered breakfast for 6 people & had it delivered. The delivery was awesome. Was 20 minutes sooner than originally expected. My order consisted of 3 lg taters (all looked good) a mixture of 6 biscuits, then the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant. I’ve had it several times before and it was AMAZING. But whatever this thing was they put in my bag was LACKING. The sauce was non existent, then I saw the most pitiful minuscule piece of “bacon” I’ve ever seen. I do not like to difficult especially in the food industry because I’ve been there. I understand shit happens but it was a very disappointing breakfast

Ordered food through Grubhub. They forgot my frosty and the extra icing I paid for my Cinnabon. They did deliver the long spoon for the frosty though! Of course, having to call and redeliver what’s missing is more trouble than just losing the money for it, so congrats on the free cash.

Food cold , slow, and very unfriendly staff . Person waiting on me looks like they are half dead. Really shouldn't charge as much as you do for cold fries and poor service. Lessoned learned. Just cook at home

I had 2 jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bags. One with no tomato. The one without the tomato had a tomato with no bacon. The other one was missing bacon as well and had extra mayo. I was in the area for a basketball tournament.

Sooo slow. I was in the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon around 3:45pm. I was the 4th car in line. I was behind a grey Tesla. I waited 5 min and no cars had moved at all yet. There’s a Zaxby’s right next to this Wendy’s. I can’t stand waiting 20 min in drive-thru’s for fast food. I got out of line, went to Zaxby’s drive-thru, ordered food, drove back around the building facing the Wendy’s drive-thru, ate all of my food sitting in the parking lot and finished my food as the Tesla was at the window getting their food still. Fast food should not take 15-20 min.
Had breakfast baconater, was great! Iced coffee was good, not sweet .. we wanted it a little sweeter, attitude from staff about asking for that though.

The lady at the window is reason enough not to come back. We went to the window to get 4 six piece chicken nuggets. 3 plain and one with the ghost pepper sauce. Let me just tell you that this was too complicated for the lady that was working. She was rude throughout telling us we ordered plain nuggets wrong because we didn’t say “not saucy”. We have 3 kids and ordered frostys. 1 spoon. We ask for another empty cup and spoon and she gives us a cup and no spoon. Slammed the door in my wife’s face after giving us our food. Oh! And the chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked through so we had to throw it out. Stay away if you can.
