Service is way below the standard of what I have come to expect from drive thru fast food chains. Basic courtesies are absent. The rep can’t understand my order even though I tried to say it as clearly and slowly as possible. I also repeated it multiple times in all possible intonations I could muster. Even my 11 year old agrees with me as they didn’t get his order right even when he placed his order.

Is it policy to reuse sandwich wrappers, cause I went through drive thru and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal in the wrapper is what I find. Melted cheese on wrapper and looks like burger meat. Will go to McDonalds from now on.

Maaaaaan This spot screwed up order so many times I gave up on them about a year ago. I decided to give them another try yesterday after a year. The workers were friendly but I ordered chicken nuggets and some baconator fries as I figured they couldn't possibly screw that up....well I was half way through the fries and I pulled out a piece of plastic bag from the melted cheese. I'd go collect berries in the woods before coming back to this place.
Didn't receive what I ordered the last 2 times I went through the drive thru. After a stress test I didn't have the patience to walk in and get the order corrected.

Worker handed me the bag of food and said *chicken sandwich is fresh out of the fryer so be careful it's very hot*. Proceeds to hand me an 80% raw chicken sandwich.. knew I shouldn't have came back to this wendys...
