There is a young man that is working in the drive-thru window stealing food. This is the second time i have gone through the drive through window and used my point from my app and not received my food. Whenever I say “you forgot my…” he responds by saying the order was never received or put in. This second time he even went so far as to scam my phone and still say he did not get an order for it. My issue isn’t with the food it’s not a big deal but why work somewhere if your just going to steal food from the customers and what’s worse is it seems as if the manager is either unaware or aware and doesn’t care. There’s a whole kitchen why steal food from a customer.

5 stars because even though they were short staffed, they didn't mess up our order and the food was delicious. If they were short staffed because management didn't schedule enough staff, then shame on the management. But if it was due to call outs, then it is what it is.

Always ask for my burger plain, only have had it made plain 1 out of the 6 times I have been. Worst fast food in the area. Workers treat you like you're a burden on them and have an attitude. Food was also not hot at all

Stopped at this Wendy's to grab my kids something this evening and This Wendy's is horrible if they are not out of an item, it's cash only. This restaurant needs to be replaced, put another restaurant in this location like a Chick-fil-A or something dam!

Initial review was a 5 star but it's gone completely down hill. Apparently no one inside can read. Ordered a burger with simple instructions and they got it wrong so I asked for the correct burger. The man who looks likes a manager got annoyed and "remade" it but didn't add the bacon I paid extra for. I go back up yet again and I hear him make some sort of remark about going home and cooking it myself. I've worked in the food industry before. Its not hard to read

They put 2 biggie bag orders in one bag which made it a chore for my wife and I to deciefer which one was mine or hers.Other than that good food decent service and overall not too bad of a resturaunt. Still quite a southern gem.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to in any state. Food was awful, staff training is lacking. Dead roach on the floor at the next table. Doesn't seem like anyone cares or takes pride in what they do. Unfortunate because we generally love Wendy's. Stay away from this one at all costs.Parking: Easy in and out

Since covid the work force has really declined. The quality of the food and service has really shown. Wendy's historically being one of the better fast food places sure has suffered!

Wrong burger...fries cold...Nuggets hard and overcooked. Manager was nice. Chili was great. Didn't feel like complaining cause i was just spent.
