As close to NY quality bagels that you’re going to get; and reasonable prices. Staff knows what they are doing and the line moves quickly; I highly recommend.
After 3 years, this place is still my go to for bagels and egg sandwiches.

As a New Yorker.... these are.... CLOSE ENOUGH to a real Long Island Bagel. Firm outside, airy inside with the bubbles. If you are from up north... this is about as close as I have ever found down here. I wonder if they import water.

The food here has always been great. The service, however, sucks. I had an online order and had to wait in line behind people ordering while my food sat there. There were 4 people standing around at one point and even though I was next in line, nobody asked to help me. Instead a woman behind the counter waited on someone who walked to the front of line and helped him ahead of me. Customer Service is not rocket science.

Being from Jersey, a good bagel is very important! West End Bagels feels like home! Try the one with lox, tomatoes, red onions, capers, and cream cheese! I love it!!

Come here all the time, great bagels. however, my mother always asks for extra butter and even pays extra. they DONT give it, even after being CHARGED for extra. she went back in there once to ask for extra butter and it seems like they just took the bagel back, looked at it, the gave it back how it already was. extra butter means globs, NOT 2 thing spreads. asks for one damn thing that’s very very simple and can’t even get that.
Their bagels are very tasty! We’ve had them many times and will continue to come for that. But this is a photo of the “chicken salad on a wrap”. $7 and the wrap was cold and falling apart, no sauce, lettuce or tomato or anything... And the chicken salad had no flavor. My mistake for getting it over a bagel. Will stick with the bagels!

I’m rating the place a 5 when they actually deserve a 4 because (a week ago) someone named James Blimes III is complaining that his GLUTEN FREE BAGEL didn’t taste right. James, my sibling in Christ, you basically ordered chicken free fried chicken. You held a Christmas party with no Jesus, presents, or Christmas tree. What were you expecting? Of course it’s a less satisfying item, glutens are a vital part of bagels. Don’t punish them for attempting to accommodate your needs.
Fresh, affordable and flavorful. They have a great selection of bagels and options. A must stop everytime I’m in the Charlotte area

BEST bagels around! My husband and I have been regulars at West End for the past couple years now and they never disappoint. Hubby normally picks up for us. Always so fresh and so yummy. I trust and love them so much, my husband picked up probably about 2 dozen bagels and many spreads for our wedding for all of us to eat as we got ready. Will forever be returning customers : )

Great bagels and price! If you’re from the north then you’ll love their Taylor ham egg and cheese sandwiches. If not, you should try them. The owner was awesome and these bagels are absolutely delicious.
