Tried this place for the first time today and we weren’t disappointed. Our daughter had the French toast bagel with the honey walnut cream cheese and I had the ham, egg and cheese on the Everything bagel. They were both outstanding and highly recommend.

We come here regularly and like the bagels, However, this is the second time we have experienced lack of good service by the manager. We always order online and do pickups! Second time it happened that someone else grabbed our order, UNDERSTANDABLE, what is not acceptable is how we were treated by the manager. One Employee was trying to help us and figuring out what to do next, manager kept discussing with him for good amount of time and kept us waiting, he didn’t even apologize or said any kind words, looking at us like he was mad at us! Hey man, Your store did a mistake not us! Another employee came out saying one order was not completed and someone else picked up wrong order (ours was picked up by someone else)! Even after realizing their mistake, he was not even sorry, how could someone be this rude at this position?! Dude, we were not there for free stuff, we have already paid online and just wanted our bagels! Wasted our 30 minutes just for bagels (not toasted, not any sandwich, just bagels with cream cheese on side, very complex order I know!! ) Don’t work there if you cant handle the “busynes”! With Other NY style bagel shops are coming in near future, we are not going to even bother to go to West End! Take out your frustration to other customers now! Good luck!

I really enjoy this place. The bagels are really good and the toppings are fresh, but...... I order a cream cheese and lox bagel. That all. Lox and cream cheese. The store doesn't have a code for this so they ring up for a Lox Supreme which has other toppings. 1. I feel like i'm paying for extra stuff I don't want. 2. Half the time whomever makes the bagel will then make a lox supreme. I don't want the extra tomatoes, onions, capers. This should be rectified.

Very busy but line moved quickly and our bagels came out pretty fast. They have a few two top tables near the bathroom and we sat inside. They were out of coffee and didn’t put anymore out and that was disappointing - both flavored and regular.

I didn’t realize how much other bagel sandwiches lacked until I had West End Bagels! Hands down the best around. Consistent quality & upbeat kind staff :) 10/10!

West End bagels is always a hit with my family. Their bagels are so fresh, and the flavors are amazing. I try to taste test the new flavors but I always come back to the French toast bagel- yum!

Sadly we were big west end customers, have always struggled with their customer service. This weekend we called in an order we were told to hold on for one minute then placed on the counter off the hook (heard everyone else’s orders for 15 minutes) only to be hung up on to call back and girl didn’t care. Great bagels awful service/call and pick up method, truly needs to be fixed.
