I have been to Whataburger from one end of the U.S. to the other. This one is by far the best one I have been to. Good, atmosphere, staff were all excellent.

Avoid the drive through at all costs, the focus is not on serving customers, I went on a Sunday afternoon about 2 pm for a simple order and watched my order sit in the drive thru window, was not acknowledged at all for 5 minutes, I got the attention of another employee who just shrugged her shoulders and pointed at the single employee running the drive thru. Very disappointed in the service.

Absolute worst burger ever! Cold hamburger, wilted lettuce, false advertising, and un-eatable. We threw-out the entire meal, it was disgusting! Drive-thru was slow and staff was un-attentive.

Food was decent, better than typical fast food. Service was horribly slow. There was only one car ahead of us, in a 2 lane drive thru, and it still took over 30 minutes.

a stale bun a tasteless patty with nothing but mustard pretty much what it is
Fries were hot, my burger was not! I guess they no longer heat or place the buns on the grill. I could tell the burger wasn't made fresh. I dined in, they bought me my food, without the drink.
