Whataburger - Indian Land (5 miles from where I live in Ballantyne)

First, no idea how long they’ve been there. I only saw it driving into Fort Mill this week.

Second, very sad they forgot to give me my fresh fried onion rings.

Shame on me, should’ve checked the bag and I didn’t. In my defense? There was nobody in the parking lot - I was the only one in the drive-through lol! 😆

Whataburger Classic
Monterrey Double
Special Whataburger sauce
Missing Onion Rings
- $22

Not bad, sautéed peppers on Monterrey were good, burgers cooked properly, bun not too dense and had a buttery flavor. Burgers are thin, I want more than that when I eat a burger.

One visit to check the hype was enough.

It has been over 8 yrs since I have had this. Same great taste! Same great people! Great atmosphere. Oh how I have missed this place . NC girl now but from AZ. Drove here to SC for it since I was 15 min away today.
Sooooo glad I did! Yum! Best sweet tea also. Not to sweet not to bitter. Juuuust right!! Even talked another guest 1st timer to try it and he agreed.
Thank you for finally coming to the east coast WAB!!

My first experience. I thought it went well.. though I only went through the drive thru to take out an order. I was pleased that the menu board was bright and close to my window for clear and easy viewing. The associate answered my questions and I ordered an original whataburger combo with onion rings and a coke.. The burger was large and noticably bigger than other chain fast food burgers and the onion rings were hot and clearly fresh and weren't the processed frozen kind.. They were the best Onion rings I had ever had .

I shouldn’t have to wait 32 minutes in the drive thru at a FAST FOOD restaurant !!!!! And then on top of that, food was cold and stale. Employees act like they are on the play ground. Please go to Culver’s instead I promise you’ll have a better experience

We drove all the way from Kershaw. It was worth it. Food was fast and was great. Staff was even better. Thanks for a great visit.

I have been to Whataburger from one end of the U.S. to the other. This one is by far the best one I have been to. Good, atmosphere, staff were all excellent.

Avoid the drive through at all costs, the focus is not on serving customers, I went on a Sunday afternoon about 2 pm for a simple order and watched my order sit in the drive thru window, was not acknowledged at all for 5 minutes, I got the attention of another employee who just shrugged her shoulders and pointed at the single employee running the drive thru. Very disappointed in the service.
