Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I think they've either shut down or just won't answer the phone. Door Dash says can't contact either. Contacted Lancaster and Door Dash excepted right away and even gave us a credit because the one on 521 was not responding to them either. Lancaster got here right away.
Update review: Recieved contact from Commons. Said phone was broken and have a new one now. Updated score for service.

I am writing to formally share my recent experience at the Zaxby’s located in Indian Land, SC.

On my visit, I ordered a Zax Packz, normally priced at $34.99. I requested that half of the tenders be tossed in lemon pepper sauce while the other half remain plain. Upon reaching the window, I was told my total was $54.55. When I questioned the charge, the cashier—who was polite and appeared to be new—explained that the kitchen had noted my request. However, I later discovered through my bank app that I had indeed been charged $54.55, despite not receiving all 20 tenders tossed.

I attempted to contact the store by phone multiple times without success. Eventually, through your customer service line, someone from the store texted me instead of calling. When I asked about the excessive charge, I was told there is a $14 upcharge to have tenders tossed in sauce.

With respect, this policy seems unreasonable. Charging an additional $14 for sauce on top of a $34.99 family meal is excessive and feels misleading to customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I do not plan to return to that location.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that you will review both the pricing policy and the way customer concerns are handled at this store.

This store is absolutely horrible!!! I waited here more than 45 minutes to get food and never received my food! I filed a complaint with corporate because I’ve never experienced service like I have at this facility. This facility is always short staff or they never have food, ice, or drinks. Short staff equal poor customer service for a fast food restaurant.

Maybe management? Idk 23 minutes to receive our food in dine in. Every other Zaxby's I have been to has been on it. Not this one. The food tasted normal but dang way too long of a wait

Whenever I go to this restaurant, they always have a sign stating that they are out of some type of food. I choose this place because it's close to my job.

Horrible food quality and horrible service, feels worth it to me to drive half way across town to the other Zaxbys to get better service and better quality food

I used to love coming here the food used to be so good. But now every single time I come you wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru just to finally get your food and it be cold. Even if there’s only a few cars in line it will still take 20 minutes to finally get your food. Almost every time i’ve went something has been wrong with my order or forgotten. The staff never apologize and are very rude. Overall this is probably one of the worst fast food places in indian land.

Moved to the area 3 months ago and have tried this Zaxby’s a few times as it is close to my work and house. Each time I go they are out of something. First two times was grilled chicken, then Zaxby’s sauce, and the last time was salad.

Door locked closet to the drive thru window. No note. The lady yelled at us to walk around to the other side. They had no cheese to do quesadillas, no milkshakes. Only 3 soda options, had to go the counter to ask for lids. No napkins at serve station or counter. At this was 1pm on a Sunday.

I just don’t understand how this restaurant is still up. Everytime i go here there’s no food and they still make you wait just to give you a refund. It makes 0 sense.

The restrooms are horrible. Urine, feces and snot on the floor and walls. The urinals are covered in urine and so it the floor to walk up to them. Avoid going inside.

The drive through move so incredibly slowed consistently saw people leaving line, portions were incredibly small compared to other Zaxbys in the area. Overall terrible experience go anywhere else especially if you have to take a lunch break.

Set in line for 15 minutes with it not moving went to Wendy's they got me in an out far shitty location
