the food was great and didn’t have to wait that long but the service wasn’t good because they were mean gave me attitude and slammed the window on me because i came kind of late by a person with green hair named ollie

I am one of those people that usually only writes a review if something is really good or really bad. This one is an odd mix, their food is good but I have never seen a fast food place ran this poorly. At 11:30 today I'm pulling into the parking lot behind two other vehicles, the first car stopped at the speaker then drives off, the second pulls up then drives off, I pull up and there is a sign the drive thru is not working. I go next door to Wendy's and I'm in line behind the same two vehicles. If something is broken it's not a big deal but this is the 4th time I'm aware of the drive thru has been out in about the last 3 weeks. Why not put on the sign to order at the window or put someone out there to take orders? Why not fix the drive thru speaker? Last week I stopped in and the drive thru was working and had a line so I thought I would just go inside and eat. The dining area was closed and the door was locked. No idea why. All of my experiences have been between on a weekday between 11:30am - 1:00pm, I would think lunch would be a good time for a fast food restaurant, Wendys typically has a line around the building. To whomever owns the franchise it's your business and you can run it however you want but I would think getting costumers in the parking lot is the hard part, why run them off. Since I'm on a roll you should really clean the windows, people can see how dirty they are while they sit in the drive thru. Best of luck to you, your salads are great!

The Coke Freestyle machine was out of every low/mo calorie drink and they also did not have any in-sweet tea.

They are really slow. You can order at the window and still have to pull around to the front door and wait 5-10minutes for your food

Shocking this location is still open! We've been to this location several times over the years, and since COVID, this location has steadily declined. Although we've eaten in the dining room, with literally nobody in the restaurant, most tables were dirty, every trash can overflowing, no ice, counters dirty, floors dirty, coke machine most options weren't available , , , staff was generally nice, but clearly was a lack of management, and way too casual atmosphere. I used to go all the time, but as of late, I see no point returning to this location....if it was my store, id replaced everyone there. Not sure how this location has a 3.3 Google reting when generally most reviews are 1s....lunch time must be significantly different than evening.....

The most succulent experience:
I ventured into this fine Zaxbys establishment on July 26th. The service was extremely good and the staff members were extremely friendly. The cashier was very polite. My chicken, fries, and toast were very, very fresh. This is completely different than my complaint that I posted two weeks back. The food was fresh that time but service was horrible weeks ago. I hope the management can pull the cameras today to use as training to teach the other employees how to act. I will never forget the professional, dedicated team members that made my night a Disney Fairy Tale. I'll be back in a few weeks to bring more business in. I have a lot of connections that can help boost sales.

I have come here dozens and dozens of times over the years. I spend around $1,000 a year at Zaxbys. I used to have issues with the food being fresh but it appears they rectified this issue.
Since about September or October of 2023 I have had atrocious, rotten service from the same cashier. I don’t even know how this started. She made fun of me today behind the GM’s back and Zaxbys refused to honor their commitment on the Survey Big Zax snack meal. Even though the food was fresh I did not enjoy my meal. I felt violated and there was a line behind me. People were staring at me based on a lie that the cashier told the GM. I was embarrassed there for no reason. This cashier needs to be terminated. I have repeatedly written the surveys about this cashier yet she still works there. I would like the District Manager to reach out. I don’t believe the General Manager handled this at all. She is costing you business. I want to provide a timeline of events dating back to 2023. I have survey codes if you need from February and April 23rd.
