Great ice cream. Hit or miss customer service. My family and I have been coming to Avery’s for about 5 years now. We’ve seen a dozen different employees over the years, in fact maybe more than a dozen. Perhaps ownership has changed over the years. Some are great at customer service ,others flat out suck. Let’s be honest, the bar is set pretty low for what’s expected for customer service at an ice cream place so to miss is somewhat embarrassing. But again, they have great ice cream.
