My biscuit was hard. The fries were soaked in salt and cold and hard. It was like they gave me lunch leftovers. Ugh!!! NEVER AGAIN

Went from a 5 star to less than 1 if I could. All workers gathered talking. They have about 50 pieces chicken already made. Not under a light ... All sides were gross. Mac and cheese and the rice both was all stuck together from being out so long. I've had better. Way better. Very disappointed. $23 and didn't half eat our meals. Prices are going up so service should be going up as well. If they are making more and more than I'd suggest they also put in more effort. 6-2-25 @ 5:20pm. Check your cameras to see how hard these people are working.im watching her chew as she waits on the customer.. so sad...

Horrible service! I had to pull up to the window to explain my order, and they still got it wrong. Then I drove back up to the store and got an attitude from the manager. So disappointed!

The drive thru workers were more worried about me pulling forward to keep their service speed low than getting my food ready. Should be more worried about getting the food ready than a timer.

I haven’t been to Bojangles in a long time. So long that my favorite menu item is GONE! The Cajun club sandwich. No biggie, I can just try the one chicken sandwich they offer and put lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon. I was wrong. None of those add-ons are available ordering through the app. Which is horrible. Nonetheless; I went ahead and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, a sausage, egg, and cheese, a country ham add egg biscuit, and two leg meal with fries. Ordered 3 Bo size BoRounds and 4 drinks. 2 sweet teas, a Diet Pepsi, and a regular Pepsi. Another item that was no longer available was the Patio Red Cherry Drink. Apparently those items have been gone a long time. The overall price and quality of the food was great. It was early not too busy so everything was fresh and hot. I mean everything! So good. All the drinks were right and were all great. The crew was very nice and friendly. We had a nice meal. Four stars only because they didn’t have what I wanted. I did enjoy the food though, but I really wanted that chicken sandwich and patio red drink!
