I would give zero stars if I could! This has to be by far the worst BK in Spartanburg county every time we go here it’s always unpleasant unorganized and it could get plenty of business but the people working there have absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever they take over 5mins to make a order in drive thru if u can even order to day I was asked to hold on I waited 3mins and pulled to the window and the manager on duty said I had to pull around and get back in line after I had already waited so of course I drove off I was on my lunch break and certainly didn’t have time to keep waiting and might I add I was the only car in line!! Absolutely unacceptable please get a new crew to run this place there are two nursing facility right behind the restaurant but the staff is making it keep a bad reputation!! Send someone who actually knows how to run BK to this store ASAP

They ran a promotion for bogo chicken fries but didn't have any chicken fries, regular fries, or regular mozzarella sticks. If this was the first time they didn't have food I'd understand but they never have everything on the menu. Not sure what the point of being open is at this point

The service that's very good. Fast service for them, the our food was brought to our table. The young man jonathan made sure that everything was taken care of he checked on us to see if we needed anything. We will definitely visit this burger king again because of the excellent service

The food was great. The service was even better. I ordered a special whopper and it came exactly the way I wanted. Jonathan was very instrumental in making sure everything was right. I will be visiting this Burger King in the future. The cashier brings your food to the table.

This is the nicest. Burger King I’ve ever been to. It’s very clean inside and the employees are nice. The store manager Johnathon was so kind with every customer I watched him interact with. However, my main reason for this review is because THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD! Look, Burger King is just a quick bite to eat, not my favorite. I’m not sure what this store is doing different than the ones closer to my house, but the Whopper and fries were both the best I’ve ever had from any Butger King, hands down. Fries and burger both was fresh and hot and just overall tasted better than any food I’ve ever had from Burger King. I don’t usually do reviews but I had to come give this team props!!

They decided to close before the posted hours today. That 2.6 stars is making a whole lot of sense.
So far mixed results here. Orders take too long but people are nice. The food is good but wildly overpriced (especially the impossible Whopper) even compared to other Burger King franchises close by. The app can be very frustrating, too.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is a good sandwich (when it comes out hot) but wildly overpriced.
