This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Not once but on multiple occasions. I once ordered online for my order to be ready asap and it still wasn't ready when I arrived 45 minutes later. If your in a hurry dont go here. Help issue Idk?

Ordered jalapeño poppers at 8:00 waited 40 minutes then i walked back up to the cashier for her to go back and check waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me they didnt have any and asked if i wanted something else. Um No why would I want to wait even longer. Meanwhile they focus more on the drive thru than the dining area.

Don't go here. I was told ice machine was not working and they don't have ice cream. You wonder why know one comes here. Also it took 10 minutes for them to tell me this. Waisted my time. Please close this location. Staff is really mean. I never heard back from the email they told me to email. It's been a week.

We asked for a cup of ice and got a cup of water with no ice instead and we specifically said no mayonnaise and they still put mayonnaise on my chicken sandwich.

The service time was 25 minutes for a burger and fries. The burger was made completely wrong and I returned the food and requested a refund. This restaurant is in need of some serious help! They seem to have a new manager every couple of weeks and it’s not going well. I won’t be going back anytime soon and that’s a shame. Hopefully the owner looks at the reviews and takes action. Best of luck BK! Right now….you’re a real mess!

Absolutely terrible location but also I mean HORRIBLE Company in general! They are usually out of everything! Will not give you your full order, does not answer the phone, nor will refund you the missing items!!! Complained 4 days ago for missing items and still no contact!!
Every time I go to this location the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. I never mind waiting an extra minute for fresh fries. Would recommend the chicken sandwich and cinna-minis. Update….must be a new manager. She is RUDE and lacks personal skills. Get old manager (young guy) back or I won’t be back.

My Sister and I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. My sister blew her horn to get assistance, a lady opened the door and ask if we blew the horn. My sister said she did , the lady said she wasn't going to serve us because she blew the horn, after waiting 20 minutes.

I would give zero stars if I could! This has to be by far the worst BK in Spartanburg county every time we go here it’s always unpleasant unorganized and it could get plenty of business but the people working there have absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever they take over 5mins to make a order in drive thru if u can even order to day I was asked to hold on I waited 3mins and pulled to the window and the manager on duty said I had to pull around and get back in line after I had already waited so of course I drove off I was on my lunch break and certainly didn’t have time to keep waiting and might I add I was the only car in line!! Absolutely unacceptable please get a new crew to run this place there are two nursing facility right behind the restaurant but the staff is making it keep a bad reputation!! Send someone who actually knows how to run BK to this store ASAP
