Had to come back here 3 times because they made the order wrong. There were two managers working this morning 12/22/24 who were absolutely no help and as unprofessional as you can be. The young lady name Brandi who was not the manager, but helped me, was great. She needs to be the manager and the other two so called managers need to go. Check your food because odds are it’s wrong.

Ordered food online tonight. Still had to wait when I got there for awful food. The chicken tenders were burnt, soggy, and old. The fries were cold and tasted like they were left over from lunch. Our burger patties were like cardboard, and one of them was supposed to have extra cheese and there was no cheese. The only good thing about our dinner were the sodas, which didn’t even come with straws. What a total waste of $34.

I love this Hardee's. My wife and I pass through several times a year and we had an appointment in Lyman. The food was served quickly and was hot. It was the best meal I've eaten at a Hardee's in a long time. The stores in NC needs lessons from this staff on customer service. Thank you Hardee's!!!!!!!

The young people who work here need way better costumer service skills for real. I went through the drive-thru to get a root beer to drink and the girl at the window told me my total. I gave her my card to complete the transaction. She gave me my card back and my drink, and then shut the window back. That’s it. No “Have a nice night” or nothing. Just rude, and I can’t stand rude people whatsoever, especially in costumer service jobs. I don’t plan on coming back here anytime soon.

I went there to pick up my clients some food, he wanted an egg biscuit. When he opened up his rapper and opened it up he only had a little piece of egg that you could see straight through. He was not very happy about that, and I stood in line for over an hour.

I put a application online in went in the restaruant asked manager about a job said she had to talk to upper managment never heard anything back. My friend went in to ask why they wouldnt hire me said they dont wont people that smoke cigaretts said they trying to get ride of people who smoke cigs thats discrmenation crazyi contacted the corprate office today wow

Service was fine food was not me and my wife decided to go out for lunch for once and food isn't the same anymore like quality is not there and believe our burgers are supposed to come with tomatoes witch nether one had it on them? BTW I'm never the one who says anything I normally eat and go but I'm getting tired of bad quality and nobody cares anymore.

The Two Nice Young Men on Duty after they made my double Burgers forgot some extra stuff on them they where very nice and remade our order Great Kids and are a very Good Rep!! For the Company I will Go back to eat many Times!! The Cook and the young Man on front Counter Very Nice and very Respectful!!!
