Visiting Inman is always such a fun experience. Now that we have a cool place like the Holliday Brewing Taproom, it's even better. I understand this will soon be the starting point of the new addition to the rails-to-trails path that's going in when they pull out the railroad bed, making Inman an even cooler destination to visit!!!

When this place first opened up it was great atmosphere, service was top notch and fast and the food was the best around. But since then things have changed drastically!!! Several months ago my wife and I visited sat down and waited for more than 20 minutes for someone to even take or drink order could not get anyone to our table all the while everyone around us and people that was seated after us was being waited on. Had words with the Manager and the floor Manager had no clue what her job was and his excuse she is new. So we waited a few months and tried it again hoping for better results. They had a full staff bar tender, hostess, and more than 5 waitresses and only 5 tables inside had people in them. It was early and we sat waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and take or drink orders and food order but nothing. After the wife and I stared at the hostess she finally came over and asked has no one taken your order yet I said no she said oh wait give me a minute. My reply was no thanks we are leaving. You got to do better than this and more than likely we will not be back it’s a shame too we use to love going there when they first opened. Staff needs training and needs new managers that knows what they are doing

I usually meet up with friends here every week and we always get a table the last 2 times me and a buddy sat at the bar and had Kim as a bartender both times. The first time it took forever to get noticed and then when we finally was able to order a drink we had to remind her to give it to us I said something to the manager Cindy I believe her name was and she didn’t seem to care about the issue but I did notice her say something to the bartender but it seemed like a more friendly heads up. The second time she must have remembered us because the whole time we got the vibe of being unwanted and snobby attitude. Unfortunately the same manager was working so I didn’t bother saying something again. I don’t know if we will continue our weekly holiday brewery meet up if a manager is gonna allow service like that. It’s a shame because the food and beer is really good and never had an issue with any other waitresses.
